OLE Health is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH is a care-delivery model in which patient treatment is coordinated through your primary care physician to ensure you receive the necessary care when and where you need it, in a manner you can understand.

Alicia Hardy joined OLE Health in 2009 and has two decades of experience in the fields of education, mental health, and health care administration. Alicia spent several years living and working abroad in both Peru and Nigeria, where she became passionate about working with underserved communities in initiatives related to health and wellness. After returning from South America, Alicia co-founded and taught at a charter school in the South Bronx with the goal of reducing academic disparities in the community. Alicia is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and has provided behavioral health care to patients both at the VA Medical Center in San Francisco and at OLE Health. She holds a masters degree in Management and Planning from the School of Social Welfare at University of California-Berkeley and is a Pozen-Commonwealth Fund Fellow in Health Equity Leadership at Yale School of Management, pursuing her Executive MBA in health care. She has spent her time at OLE Health in various leadership positions, overseeing large-scale initiatives related to integration and redesign of care delivery systems and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. Alicia lives in Napa, has three children, and is an avid runner.

Andrew Torge, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR,Chief Human Resources Officer Andrew was named Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2017. Andrews prior roles include serving as Human Resources Director for Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, CA and working as an HR Manager for Adirondack Health in Saranac Lake, NY. Andrew brings with him diverse experience in Healthcare Human Resources that includes talent acquisition and retention, workforce development, employee relations, change management, and employee culture and wellness. He holds a masters degree in Human Resources Management and is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.

Teresa L. Shinder, DO, FAAP, Chief Medical Officer Teresa Shinder, DO, is a graduate of the University of California-San Diego, where she obtained her bachelor of science degree in animal physiology and neuroscience. She pursued her medical degree at Touro University and completed her postdoctoral training in pediatrics at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Shinder has dedicated her career to providing care to underserved and vulnerable communities at both the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on Oahus rural Waianae coast, and more recently at Solano Countys FQHC, where she worked as a pediatrician and served as the Pediatric Medical Director. Dr. Shinder is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She resides in Napa with her husband and daughter.

Gary Fedler, Chief Information Officer Serving as OLE Healths Chief Information Officer (CIO), Gary Fedler delivers strategic leadership to the data and IT departments, Health Information Department, and QI Department. He began his career with OLE Health in 2017 as the Interim CIO and Senior Director of Information Systems. During his tenure, he has launched cutting-edge, cost-effective technology that has facilitated and streamlined care delivery at seven medical clinics. As the owner of an IS/IT and software consulting business for 25 years, CompTX, Gary and his team implemented Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) for healthcare clinics, accounting software, reporting tools, and Microsoft systems and applications. His firm also operated IS/IT departments and computer networks and furnished exceptional end-user training to clients. A former resident of Denver who, during his fathers military career, lived in Germany for 13 years, Gary later served in the Air Force as a Communications Technician. An outdoor enthusiast, Gary resides in Napa and enjoys cycling, running, hiking, walking, snow and water skiing, and fishing. He and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters.

Hemanta Mungur, CFO, Chief Financial Officer Hemanta Mungur brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting to his role as Chief Financial Officer for OLE Health. He comes to OLE Health from Aria Community Health Center, where he served at CFO for eight years. During his tenure at Aria, the health center expanded from two sites to fourteen, with health centers and services in three counties across the Central Valley. He began his career with Southwest Education Support Agency, an entity serving the rural schools in Fresno County. A native of the beautiful island of Mauritius, Hemanta moved to Fresno in 1998 to pursue his education. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance as well as a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from California State University, Fresno. He is married and has two young children.
