A Southwest Missouri native, Dr. Heather Cline graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry in May 2001. Heather is a 1994 graduate of Marshfield High School. She attended college at Southwest Missouri State University where she received her bachelors degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Upon graduation from dental school, she returned to Springfield where she started Cline Dental. Heather is married to Frank Newman. They are blessed with four children: Grant and Weston Cline, a senior at Springfield Catholic High School and a sophomore in college in Nebraska. Addisyn Newman, a fourth-grader at Greenwood Lab School, and Greyson Newman, age 4. The family are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Springfield.

If Heather gets some spare time, you will find her cheering on her sons as they love to play football and baseball. The St Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs are a family favorite! Heather enjoys reading nondental novels and maintaining her yard and flowers!

Dr. Denney grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Denney completed his undergraduate studies at the Nevada State College and then was accepted into dental school. He attended UNLV School of Dental Medicine, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Denney is married to his middle school sweetheart, and they have three children together. Bently age 9, Ruby age 7, and Rose age 2. They relocated to the Ozarks to find a place that would be ideal for raising their family, and are already enjoying being a part of our amazing community. In Dr. Denneys free time you can find him working on his 69 Dodge Dart, barbequing, or spending quality time with his family.

Missi has been a dental assistant for over 20 years and has been a part of the Cline Dental team since 2014. He accomplishments include courses and training in Cerec scanning and restoration design, iTero, dental implants, and pediatric and endodontic procedures. Missi has earned her certification as a certified dental assistant and has received expanded functions in restorative and prosthodontics.

Meet Emmy! Emmy is the hygiene assistant for our team. She plays a huge role in our office running smoothly and efficiently for our patients. We first met Emmy when she came to our office as a student during her dental assisting program. We then offered her a job after she graduated from the program! Her long term goal is to go into the dental hygiene program, and she is currently taking classes to apply. Emmy was a dancer for many years prior to starting college, she is obsessed with her cat named Storm, and she loves to root on the Chiefs!

Karrie graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 1997. She has been a dental hygienist with Cline Dental for over 10 years now! Karries father and two sisters are also dental hygienists, the passion for taking care of patients runs in the family. Karrie and her husband, Tim, have two daughters Sydnie and Samantha. When Karrie is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading and traveling.

An Ava, Missouri native, Melody attended college at Missouri State University and graduated in May 2016 with her dental hygiene degree from Ozarks Technical college. Upon graduation, Melody was hired as a dental hygienist at Cline Dental. In her spare time, Mel enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Josh at the lake camping and Razor riding. Her favorite foods include Doritos and pizza. She has a black Pomeranian named Blackberry. When Melody is 102, she plans to retire and move to the lake.

Heather graduated in 2016 with her degree in dental hygiene from Ozarks Technical College. She was employed by Cline Dental immediately upon graduation. Heather is one of our dental hygienist, and is also our marketing director. Her greatest joy is to consider her patients as friends and part of our dental family. Heather is a Springfield MO native and a graduate of Kickapoo High school. She is a newlywed and has one cat and 4 legged baby named Bowie.

Caitlin is a Springfield, MO native who graduated from OTCs dental hygiene program in May of 2019. Prior to this, she received her dental assistant training and certification in 2015 from OTC. Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, running, and random DIY Pinterest projects. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating and motivating patients on ways to improve their oral and overall health.

Julie is one of our front desk team members. Julie graduated from MSU in 2012 with a BS in media studies, she then earned her dental assisting license from OTC in May 2020. Julie was hired at Cline Dental immediately upon graduation. Shes been married for 8 years and has a daughter that brings her so much joy! Shes an avid book worm and has been part of the same book club for 17 years! She also enjoys movies, especially at the Alamo, and traveling and being with family.

Barb and her husband have two adult children and enjoy the company of their dogs, Daisy and Ellie. Barbs hobbies include reading gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family. Barb has a green thumb and is excellent with flowers and gardening. Barb is a diehard Chiefs fan!!!!

Joe is Cline Dentals practice manager. Joe graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a B.S. degree before earning his MBA at Missouri State University. He has been at Cline Dental for over 10 years. He regularly attends continuing education courses. Recent highlights include:

Alvena graduated from Midwest Technical Institute in May 2019. Her certifications include: CPR, Nitrous Oxide, and restorative expanded functions. Alvena completed her clinical rotation at Cline Dental and was hired upon completion of her schooling. Alvena is cross trained to work both on the clinical and front desk areas of our office.
