Before I give my explanation for my ranting, the staff at this establishment was very nice and had excellent bed side manor Aside from the main practitioner Dr. Sam. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of being to many practices. This one was really not the worst of them, however it's down there for sure. My only corals with Sam is his lack of Empathy and I truly felt a bit of condescending with our conversations. It's truly is odd, he did give me options which I do enjoy the variety but when he assured me we will get the goal that I had explained to him I would like to be at. He agreed saying "don't worry we will take the steps to getting you there" and I said "honestly it would be a dream come true if I had that done" he then said "not a dream come true but what you can afford". We never spoke of what I could pay or what I could afford. He made an assessment over the way I looked or just by assuming. His comment completely took me back honestly I'm not sure if he even knew what he said. I'm not looking for a therapist/dentist but I would like respect and empathy in the least. Even at the worst places I've visited and got terrible work they still had great bedside manor. I will not be having work done here I will pay for my visit exam which I'm fairly certain is free however on the invoice it was $78. Which is fine cause the staff was efficient so I will pay that and cut my losses.

Dr.Sam along with all the staff took great care of my daughter for her wisdom teeth removal. They were also able to fit me in for an overdue cleaning. I highly recommend Cleveland Smile Center for all of your dental needs.

It was my first time there as an emergency patient. Anxiety and worry was high. From the Receptionist(Kayla),Dental Assistant(s) (Michelle &Amber) and the Dentist himself (Nathan). They are an amazing, caring and passionate Team. Bedside manners are an A+. Definitely returning and recommending! Love the location and ease of the process.

I am thoroughly upset and distraught over the service (extremely poor), quality (dentures to large), and concern for patient ( non exsistent) that we have recieved from Cleveland Smile Center at 528 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. In November they took alot of x-rays and measurements of my husbands mouth saying they would make him some beautiful dentures before the holidays. They extracted his teeth and put dentures in and sent him home saying he could eat soft food for dinner. I came home from work and his mouth was bleeding all over. I called they told me if it didn't stop bleeding in a few days call again and he could eat soft food for dinner. Not only could he not eat with his dentures he couldn't drink anything or even talk with them still three days later. When we called all we got was he had to get used to them. After a week when his mouth swelling went down they fell out and would not go in and stay in anymore at all. Three months they kept saying he had to get used to them but they wouldn't stay in. Worst holidays he had no teeth. When asked why they put them in as soon as they pulled his teeth they said ("People feel self consious about walking out of a dental office with no teeth.") When asked how they thought they felt after three months with no teeth they had no comment. Then they said they would implant the dentures for eleven thousand dollars and we needed to buy their insurance that is a lot more than ours because they used ours up. Told to talk to someone we couldn't get a hold of for almost two months. She started about inplanting the dentures and four of us told her they are to large. She said to large. We said yes. She said she would talk to the dentist and get back to us in two days. It has been around three months. It has been a total of around nine months and the holidays are coming again. My husband still has no teeth. If we are going to pay for implants we are now going to go elsewhere where they know how to measure correctly and care.

Have bad experiences with dentist in the past, but the hygienist that saw me today was amazing. She explained everything as she went along and was very gentle with the cleanings. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. From the first call to the reception desk to the hygienist Michelle and Dr Sam... everything was great. I felt like they really cared about doing what was best for me. I will be recommending Smile center to many others. -josh

Cleveland Smile Center is a very nice dentist office that has a very professional and welcoming staff, they have very good communication with the patients and parents, they make the kids feel comfortable and at home from the time they get there until the time they leave I have nothing but good things to say about this office.

I contacted them after hours when I had a dental emergency, and they were able to get me in the next morning, and scheduled for surgery the next week. The whole staff and Doctor was exceptional! Everyone was kind, friendly, and genuinely cared and took the time to explain everything. I'll be continuing care with them from now on!
