Dr. Jonathan Klineman is the owner/doctor of our practice. Being a good listener and having a gentle touch is paramount for Dr. Jon to assure his patients are at ease and their needs come first. He has completed additional training and certification in Advanced Dentistry at the prestigious Spear Dental Institute, specializing in front tooth and smile enhancements. Additionally, Dr. Jon has extensive training in Orthodontics for adults and children, also certified in Clear Correct, 6 Months Smile and the Rondeau Orthodontics. Other certifications include advanced techniques in Root Canal Therapy and Sleep Apnea/Snore treatments.
Dr. Jon was born in Cleveland and went to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry graduating in 1995. Dr. Jon practiced in Pittsburgh and Chicago for several years as an associate dentist. He was an adjunct instructor at the University Of Pittsburgh College of Dental Medicine.
With his wife and 3 sons, Dr. Jon enjoys RV trips and warm weather. He is a passionate fan of the Cleveland Indians and you will find him at the games throughout the season. Dr. Jon and his wife also spend hours in leadership positions of multiple non-profit organizations and together have raised millions of dollars to help Cleveland based non-profits.

I've been going to Dr Shapiro for decades but they're hard to get in always packed but once you're there they treat you like family and even check up on you afterwards he's the best and honest straight forward you don't feel a thing during extraction he's the best he made my partial for under 600 dollars

As always I have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Dr. Shapiro was magnificent as I already knew he would always be in filling both sides of my mouth. I must not forget Victoria's soothing technique which put me to sleep both visits. Soring I am shame to admit.l Thank you to the ladies in the front office who were very professional and providing coffee for everyone to enjoy.

I made an appointment to get x-rays and my teeth cleaned. When I got there, they did my x-rays and then informed me that they didn't have a dental hygienist to clean my teeth! Evidently their dentist doesn't do that?! I just made an appointment with another dentist. Very disappointing.

Never going back. I came in with extreme tooth pain, sensitive to touch/air. The male dentist told me I had acid erosion and weakened enamel. He said worst case scenario we cap EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY TEETH after telling him I've used Sensodyne toothpaste my whole life and I'm still in pain. He said there was nothing I can do about weakened enamel and to come back in a month if my teeth still hurt so we could cap them. I don't understand the fear mongering of giving someone a worse case scenario as their only option to dental care. I left balling my eyes out calling friends and family for advice. I ended up going to a natural holistic dentist as recommended to me. They actually took the time to explain acid erosion/weakened enamel to me and informed me that you can Re-mineralize your enamel, it was such an educational experience just talking to them. They switched me to a holistic care regimen using hydroxyapatite products instead of fluoride products. I felt instant relief after the first use. It's been over a month following their protocol and I can now bite into ice creams and hot soups just like I use to, no problem. My teeth have 0 sensitivity at all now. If I didn't choose to get a second opinion and have the correct products/regimin recommended to me by another dentist office. I would've made a huge unnecessary mistake of following this offices advice and caping all of my teeth at age 30. Thankfully I went somewhere else and chose not to listen to this office.

After arriving at the office I realized I had been there many many years ago, and it was under another name. Once seated in the chair and the dentist came in he asked me had I been there before, and I stated the above come to find out he remembered me it was the same dentist I had back then. I immediately knew I was in good hands. When I said many many years ago I'm talking in the nineties.

Dr.Dang is very kind and helped me when I had a terrible toothache. I'm self pay so I was worried about the cost, but it was very affordable. I am now pain free and plan on returning in 6 months for a checkup. The front office staff is also very courteous and professional. The dental assistants are also great! Big thumbs up

I had a terrible tooth ache, my face was swollen and I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I also needed to find a new dentist. I called in the morning and got an appointment to see Dr. Shapiro later that afternoon. Dr. Shapiro and his staff couldn't have been nicer. I am so happy to have found this office.
