I love this place ! My teeth were in terrible condition from not taking care of them, and since I've been going there I've been lucky enough to have Dr. Aseel work on them and she's done a amazing job fixing them, and making me feel comfortable with all the work that is being done ! 100% would recommend, before and after pictures will be coming soon.

My 1st few appointments went very well, but then my last appointment was the worst, after they yanked on my cap to remove it for over an hour, they left my whole mouth bruised and in pain for over a week!!! And if a staff member doesn't like you, watch out because all of your future appointments magically disappear despite having the appointment cards they give you.

Rude! We have never been here but whoever I just talked to on the phone shouldn't have a job working with the public, absolutely no phone etiquette and her attitude was mind boggling. completely rude her behavior alone will prevent us from attempting to make any further appointments at this location.

Not proud of it but I'm extremely nervous and anxious in a dentist office. I've stayed away for years until I needed a bad tooth pulled yesterday . Was pleasantly surprised that everyone from the women at the front desk to those that work with the dentist were extremely kind and patient with me. Dr Ethel was wonderful and understanding. I am going back next week for a cleaning. I highly recommend Cleveland Dental Institute in Ashtabula...especially if you've had bad experiences at other dental offices.

I brought my 3 year old there and it always takes her a few minutes to warm up to doctor's and dentists if she doesn't know them. Well the dentist only gave her 3 minutes didn't try what so ever to relate to her or get her to like him. As soon as she did realize what was going on and wanted to be seen and was willing they sent me out the door without even trying even though she was willing to let them look at her teeth. Worst experience ever plus they put her in the loudest spot possible instead of in a room. Worst medical experience ever in my entire life when it comes to myself or my daughter.

This place is absolutely terrible! Multiple times my gf has left here bleeding and in pain. On multiple occasions they have out in the wrong code for a procedure to the point she almost had molars that were perfectly fine removed instead of her wisdom teeth. When she requested sedation for the procedure she was told by the dentists that " you will be fine" and "you're a big girl" and denied her request. They constantly are changing scheduled appointments and the times. They are completely unorganized and don't even know if they have the correct patient in the chair that they are suppose to be working with. My 3 year old niece organizes her toys better than these guys and their own business. How can you expect to keep a business operational when each visit to the office is a lottery guess on what procedure you're actually having done because don't expect them to do what you initially had planned.

I was referred to cleavland dental by ACMC at first they where excellent i had a couple visits with them and was very happy with there service but my last visit was the worst service I have ever experienced at any medical facility the short red headed lady was so rude and had the worst attitude which made me very irritated with her so I got an attitude back and was escorted off the property and also received a certified letter not to return. I don't recommend there facility to anyone I also noticed that there tools are sent out to be sterilized and they are all rusty and nasty looking

As a patient, I'm having great problems with Dayton Cleveland Dental Staff working with My Care Ohio Buckeye Medicaid on pre-authorization of dentures. I have had to reschedule 2 times and my appointment Sept 8th is still not approved yet. My Medicaid Case Worker says it is not my fault. Cleveland Dental is not showing as In Network with Ohio My Care Buckeye Medicaid, and also Medicaid is also rejecting because it keeps getting submitted as a Dentist In Training and Medicaid requires a valid official Dentist & MPI number. ...Now Cleveland Dental told me they take Ohio My Care Buckeye Medicaid on my first visit.....I have brought in Ombudsman Office....I see on Facebook one patient said she has waited a year and still no Dentures.....I will not wait a year with Cleveland Dental. I have Case Workers, Ombudsman and Cleveland Dayton Supervisor on this, and either they can do this or they can't. IF they CAN'T, they can forget sending me a bill for anything Medicaid does not pay up to now, I will not pay it, they assured me they work with Medicaid.....I thought the Dentists were good on pulling my tooth ache. However The Staff that works with Medicaid is LOUSY. Good Dentist, Lousy Staff. .....Hopefully They do fix this for Me so Cleveland Dental is better with other patients in the future and also Cleveland Dental can get paid if billing Staff improves....Cleveland Dental in Dayton says my other lower teeth need to be pulled and dentures made. However dentures need pre-authorization by Medicaid and Cleveland Dental keeps submitting this in a way Ohio Medicaid keeps rejecting it. I am told by Medicaid Case Worker it is NOT my fault, the fault is with Cleveland Dental Staff....I will NOT have teeth pulled before dentures also approved by Medicaid. We are 1 business day away from having this rescheduled yet a 3rd time, which is not good for Dentist, or Me or Anybody. ....Perhaps they lied when they said they work with Ohio Medicaid My Care Buckeye. The Legal of Ombudsman will find out if nobody else does for me.....ADD ON : Cleveland Dental DID LIE. They are not a Buckeye Medicaid Provider. None of the branches are. Not Dayton or any of them. That rejects the insurance right there. Plus they send under a dentist in training and that is another rejection by insurance. I had to cancel my appointment for tomorrow, but no more reschedule. I found a dentist who is a Buckeye Medicaid Provider. Why Cleveland Dental LIES about being in Buckeye Medicaid in Odd. It only creates more work for them and more grief for patients. IF YOU WANT YOUR TEETH ACTUALLY WORKED ON, AVOID CLEVELAND DENTAL COLLEGE AND GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST BESIDES THESE LIARS ON STAFF. No wonder some on here are saying they waited over a year and still no dentures from this place. DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS PLACE. SEEK OUT ANOTHER DENTIST. THIS PLACE IS LOUSY. Oh, they will say they take all insurance, however not all insurance takes Cleveland Dental, and THERE is THE PROBLEM.

This office does a wonderful job of being the ONLY Medicaid provider in the area. considering that Medicaid pays pennys on the dollar. The previous review from the gentleman about dentures is laughable. Medicaid does not pay until the dentures are completed and delivered to the patient and at that point they only pay about $200. It's super irritating when people have free insurance and get free services and still complain and don't show up to their appointments

Dr. Aseel is the best dentist I have ever had. I have major anxiety when I go to the dentist, it actually raises my blood pressure. Its the little things like giving novacane and not even feeling the needle! She is a genuine person and has a great chair side manner. She is so down to earth, she is just fabulous.

My first appointment in January for cleaning and x-rays went ok, although the reason for the appointment was to have a broken tooth extracted, which they did not do. I had to make another appointment in February. At that appointment, the dentist looked in my mouth, full of failing teeth as a result if type 1 diabetes and acid caused by gastroparesis, an asked me if I drink! When I told him I don't drink, he told me my tooth decay was similar to alcoholic decay. What an insult! Then he tried to sell me on restorative work, including root canals, for the 14 remaining teeth that are failing. I told him that, since I only had 14 teeth left, and due a fear of infection due to kidney transplant and compromised immune system, that I preferred to have the remaining upper teeth removed and immediate denture place. He questioned me, and when I called to make an appointment yo get impressions, was told I needed a consult appointment first. In the meantime I had 2 teeth break off at the gum line , and he has been taking my teeth out one or two at a time, which has been torture. Finally got my impression 2 1/2 weeks ago, have another tooth ready to break, 7 more to be extracted, and still no denture. Keep in mind that I started this process in FEBRUARY! Oh, and when they tell you they will call you, they don't. You have to stay on them. They waited so long, that they had to re-submit the prior auth for the extractions, because the first one expired (they last 90 days). Update: I was originally told ut would be 2-4 weeks wait for my immediate denture. Monday it will be 4 weeks, so I called today to check. Now I'm told 4-6 weeks! 2-5 weeks between steps. Since it scan immediate denture, there is no wax try in step, do 1 less step, and up to 3 extra weeks. Total of 6 months to have teeth extracted and denture placed, IF it is done when they NOW say it will be. Too bad U can't rate them "0"

Dr.Aseel is the best dentist I've ever had! She takes great care of me an my teeth!! About a year ago I got X-rays an was told that I would need 4 of my bottom teeth removed, or needed root canals but she looked into my teeth further then any other dentist an she found out that from my braces I had over 12 years ago they left glue on the back of my teeth so she was able to shave off all the glue build up I had and I got new X-rays from her an she said my teeth are fine now! I don't need any teeth pulled or anything because of her! I highly recommend her, she's the best an very sweet! I'll never goto another dentist now, I'll only trust her with all my dental issues! I appreciate her more then anything! Can't wait to go back now when I was always very scared to go back. She's the best!
