I decided to update my review to say that I am very grateful to Dr. Stanton and her wonderful staff. I came in with very serious dental issues that required patience and a long term commitment from me. After months of various procedures, we finally reached the end goal and I couldn't be more satisfied! I can now smile again with complete confidence and I just want to thank you Dr. Stanton. In my book if there was a recognizable award for dentist of the year. You would have my vote. May the Most High bless this facility many times over. Thank you CAD Center!

Well to start with this place online website says they accept new patients, so when you press one as a new patients they say sorry we are not accepting new patients so if I could give less than one star I would because I really didn't want to give them a one star when your website says something and somebody's looking for a dentist in an emergency situation please don't go to this place very unprofessional. If you could go to Sexton's Dental Clinic in Florence South Carolina it's a short drive but well worth the money well worth the drive they are so much cheaper to have a tooth pulled I highly recommend Sexton's Dental Clinic. And again please do not go to Cleveland Avenue Dental Center they don't need the business since they can't have an accurate website or even speak to somebody on the phone automatically hangs up on you after says sorry so change your website

The worst dentist office ever. Lack of communication. They canceled my important appointment without even telling me and rescheduled it for 6 months later. Never going there.

New review 11/29/21 The dentist here is amazing. She is very compassionate and gentle. She really cares about her patients. I did have a not so pleasant experience with the hygienist. I'm not sure if her name but she has blonde hair. She was quick, rough and very blah. My teeth are very tight and if she couldn't get the floss in with one push she just moved to the next one. She didn't even polish or floss my teeth correctly. I know I can do these things at home but it's the point of the matter.

I have been a dental hygienist and a patient at this clinic. They are nothing short of a blessing to winston salem. The employees genuinely care for the patients and the dentist is outstanding. Dr Stanton is an excellent dentist and I still refer my patients to her. Lauren, Loretta and Mckenzie are so kind, caring and patient. Kia works hard behind the scenes to ensure patient equality and quality care. Give these folks some patience when it comes to serving the community....they are overbooked most of the time and getting every patient in and answering phone calls is a challenge when you are understaffed. Kudos to y'all. Keep rockin'

This dental office has cancelled 10xs on me I have never in my life had a dental office schedule appointments and when I get a good day to take my kid they call a day before and tell me the dentist can't see any patients and she has to rescedule...10 times!!! Shut down if you not working so I tell the rude lady on the phone are we ever going to get a appointment that we will actually get seen she was rude and it is unprofessional

Had my extraction on 5/6/2020, and was great. It was quick and easy. Also, the doctor called me back to see if I was ok after fears of a dry socket.
