Dr. F. Tartibi (Dr. T.) is originally from Oviedo Florida. He has always imagined growing his family in central Florida. He and his fianc, Patricia, are proud parents of the furriest Pomeranian named Rambo. As a family, the Tartibis work hard and play hard with goals to improve daily no matter the circumstance. They believe childrens imaginations exude pure originality and creativity which allows children to experience an adventurous life! Having fun is often at the top of their priority list!
Dr. Tartibi loves outdoor sports like hiking, cycling and skiing when he gets the chance. Dr. Tartibi is a big Orlando Magic, UCF football and Orlando City soccer fan. Dr. Tartibi fell in love with Clermont when he was visiting his friends from school. Him and his fianc decided to embark on yet another adventure and plant their family roots in beautiful Clermont and fix some cavities along the way.
Dr. F. Tartibi is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and has successfully completed a rigorous examination process to obtain the highest level of training for your kiddos! Dr. Tartibi is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Florida Dental Association.

American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends child's first checkup should occur by age one. Surprised? You shouldn't be! Even though there may only be a few baby teeth visible at that age, there are plenty of things to start working on including the development of healthy habits that will make future visits to the dentist far more pleasurable.
Unfortunately, some kids develop tooth decay at an early age. We will be on the lookout for cavities but that's only one reason for an early visit. Equally important is reviewing the proper ways to care for a young child's mouth, going over your child's developmental milestones, and discussing the importance of good oral hygiene.
The way kids seem to pick up on their parents' feelings sometimes seems uncanny; so, if you're nervous about going to the dentist yourself, try not to let it show. Generally, this first visit involves simply talking to you and your child, looking in his or her mouth, and making oral health assessments. It's best to tell your child what to expect beforehand, without making too big a fuss about it. You could even build some excitement by helping them get ready for the big day.
It's a good idea to bring a comforting toy, a snack, and an extra diaper or two, just in case of fussiness. If possible, leave other kids at home, so the new patient can get all the attention. If not possible, bringing another adult along, however, may free your attention to focus on your child's oral health. Likewise, filling out forms in advance may save time and effort on the day of the visit.
When you and your child are comfortably seated in the office, a gentle examination of your child's mouth will be performed to uncover any early signs of dental problems such as tooth decay, and assess the risk that your child may develop the disease in the future. Often, this kind of risk assessment can help prevent and even reverse the early stages of tooth decay, without any drilling.
Finally, various ways to keep your child's oral health in top condition will be discussed. This may include how diet, eating habits and oral hygiene practices can help prevent tooth decay, the most common chronic disease of childhood. That's an important subject for everyone even more so if your child is at greater risk. If any treatments (such as fluoride) are needed, a full explanation will be given. Tips on cleaning and brushing effectively will be reviewed and a follow-up visit will be scheduled as required.

I couldn't have ask for a better pediatric dentist and office than Dr. T and his staff. We have been patients for quite some time and we are so happy with them. We were worried with bringing our second child, who is autistic. However, Dr T & his staff have been so patient and absolutely wonderful with her. They understand her limits and don't overwhelm her. They care so much for their patients. I love CKD!

My child has been a patient of this office for over a year now and we love it here! Dr. T and his staff strive for excellence and deliver. Dr. T is amazing! I recently witnessed a difficult situation where a mom was ripping into her child about the child's oral hygiene and Dr. T was quick to interject and say let's not chastise but rather use this as a learning opportunity. He was both professional and respectful in doing so to the involved parties. Having worked in the medical field myself, that truly says a lot about Dr. T. I believe he genuinely cares about his patients. My 4 year old loves her dentist and mom does too!

Best kids dentist ever! Dr. T is patient and kind and very knowledgeable. He caught a severe tongue tie in my son. That no pediatrician or dentist caught for 10 years! He did the procedure and two years later my son has a better quality of life from digestion to speaking to confidence. I love his staff too! I can not compliment them enough!

I will only ever take my children here. Dr. T and every one of the staff are out of this world amazing. It is obvious they truly love working with children. My kids ages 5 and 2 actually like going to the dentist, they are not afraid or anxious. Would give them 10 stars if I could

My daughter brought a goodie bag from school promoting a dentist office in the area. I got confused with the name and contacted "Clermont Kids Dentisty" instead. I am so glad that I did! We went today and the staff and doctor were great! When I called to make the appointments Sabrina was extremely nice and had so much patience scheduling both of my children appointments. My husband and I were shocked how quickly we were attended. We did not feel rushed...they took their time and the dentist answered our concerns. Both my daughter (4 years old) and son (2 years old) came home to play dentist with the goodies they got. Very pleased and happy with our switch. I switched my children from another pediatric dentist office due to distance and schedule conflicts.

Clemront Kids Dentistry is definitely 5 stars. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficent. Dr. Faraz Alex Tartibi is amazing with the children. My daughter had an emergency over the weekend and the staff went above and beyond to see her. Come to find out it was completely normal and I just didn't know it. Not one staff member nor the doctor made me feel bad or embarrassed for the error. Dr. T is an amazing, friendly and patient dentist. He completely put my daughter at ease- he is definitely doing what he should be doing! His bedside manner is EXCELLENT and unfortunately that is becoming a lost art with doctors. The DA was so kind and sweet. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and comforted her while getting numbed. I can not say enough about this office, staff and doctor. Thank you again for squeezing this Mama's girl in when she was panicking!!!

Love Dr T and Robin and the staff. Very friendly, work with you regarding treatment and cost, and great with kids. One drawback is the restrictions of no extra children and masks. Life needs to be back to normal...

This has been the best experience ever, the staff was so friendly and engaging. They where very efficient,kind,polite and the office was organized, clean and well sanitized. Everyone in this office from the front desk all the way to the tech and the dentist where so professional. I am so please and highly recommend this office. My son was do scared it was his first time in the office and he asked so many questions and they where all answered and they where not annoyed they actually engaged in conversation with him and explained every step. Love it wish I was a kid or if they had a section for parents .

Dr. T is the perfect example of what every parent wants in a dentist for their children. The space is kid friendly and inviting, the front desk staff is the best I've experienced, and the entire staff is well trained in interacting with children in an age appropriate and personal way. Dr T takes the time to connect with each child and is extremely patient and gentle, setting them up for a future with no dental anxiety or fear. It is clear that Dr T and his staff love to serve children, I cannot recommend them enough!
