For Dr. Clement, skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, he stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor, he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is just one reason why he values each and every patient relationship.
Pam has been in the dental industry for over 30 years and has been with Dr. Clement since 2008. She is a people person and an integral resource for our patients who have questions regarding billing, insurance, and financial arrangements. She not only considers her coworkers as practically family, but our patients as well. Pams hobbies include dancing, camping, and spending time with her husband and friends.
Cori has had the pleasure of being a part of Dr. Clements dental team since 2008. After working as a dental assistant from 2000 to 2006, she decided to further her education and enrolled in a dental hygiene program at Lane Community College. Cori came back to work in her hometown of Florence after passing the clinical boards at the top of her class. When she isnt working, Cori enjoys spending time on the farm with her husband and three children.
Julie has been a part of Dr. Clements team since the spring of 2014. Being the friendly, outgoing, and caring person that she is, she works very hard to help anxious people feel more comfortable at the dental office. Since she has been practicing dental hygiene for over 18 years she has become very good at that skill. Julie truly cares about her patients individual needs. Outside of work she loves being with her children and fur kids.
Brandi joined Dr. Clements team in the fall of 2013 after finishing her externship with Dr. Clement. She is proud to be a part of such a wonderful and dedicated staff that really cares for the specific needs of their patients. When she isnt working, Brandi enjoys attending concerts and spending time with friends.
Sam is a delightful member of Dr. Clements team who has been part of the practice since May of 2014. Sam enjoys having the opportunity to serve people and help them learn the importance of good oral hygiene. She enjoys being part of a work environment that is fun but gets the job done too. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys playing in the sand dunes, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, which include her two beautiful daughters and fur baby Jack.

Dental work is always a little better when you feel calm -safe. Dr Clement is very friendly and put me right at ease. After giving me shots to numb the area he would work on today I told him he should advertise as pain free dental work. He's an amazing dentist and person!!!!! The office staff were all really wonderful! I'd recommend this office hands down to any!!!!

There was a cancellation and they knew how much pain I was experiencing so it was very kind and professional of them to call me first thing Monday morning and get me in three days sooner than I was scheduled. Dr Clements is always so kind and compassionate about any of our families dental needs. Very grateful to have him and his office staff in Florence. They are an amazing crew and very positive energy when going into the office.

The staff and doctor are always so friendly. I never have to wait to be called in, and especially Julie is always so professional! I love coming in and catching up! Today they were able to get me in immediately when I had an emergency. Thank you Dr Clement and staff!

New to area and Dr. Clement was recommended to me. Hard to get an appointment with a dental hygienist, but found it was well worth the wait. Just had my first cleaning today and it was fabulous. Staff is fun, friendly and efficient. Spectacular view of the Siuslaw River as well. I think I just found my favorite dentist!

You will feel at home. All the staff is kind and respectful. Doc Clement takes his time and makes sure you have no discomfort. Explains what he is doing so there are no surprises. Highly recommend.

Had some dental work done from Chad a good while back. Seemed like a caring dentist at time i was there...can't say much for his receptionist & other dental assistants he had there at the time. Did have another tooth that i wanted to get fixed on, but didn't have the money at the time. Chad looked at it & had the front desk ladies print me out a statement of how much it would cost so that when i could save up the money to have it fixed the statement they gave me of $275.00 i would only have to pay, but when i was finally able to save up the money...they told me i would have to come in and do some other procedures to bleed me for more money. Sad to come to realize that what i thought would be a good dentist to go too..can't keep there promises. Would never recommend this place to no one.

Dr. Clement's dental office is one of the best in Florence is not the best. I have been a client there for almost 18 years and get the best service of any dental office I have ever attended. I strongly recommend this office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Clemmet. I was very Impressed and immediately felt comfortable with him. I only needed a partial fixed so it fit properly, but I will he going back for a cleaning later this year and he is my dentist of choice. Such a very pleasant, understanding and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him!
