I began my career at CDA 23 years ago as a dental assistant and I have been the business office manager since 2006. I am blessed to have a job that I love and to work with people that truly care about our patients.

Outside of work I really enjoy travelling, going to the beach, going hiking, music and movies. I am enjoying fulfilling my bucket list which is to visit all of the National Parks and Monuments in the United States.

I have been a dental assistant since 1973 and I have worked at CDA since 1978. I started as a dental assistant for Dr. Allen and in 1985 I began working for Dr. Hayslett. I love working for Dr. Hayslett and I have established many great relationships with our patients.

I am the newest member to this wonderful team. Having 12 years experience in the dental field allows me to effectively address patients needs. I look forward to many years at Clearwater Dental Associates.

I am a 4th generation Florida native and a graduate of Clearwater High School. I have grown up at CDA; my mom, Lisa has been a dental assistant at the office since 1978. I have been an official employee for several years now and I feel honored and privileged to be a part of a great team!

I have been Dr. Haysletts assistant for 15 years and I have worked in dentistry for 30 years. I am a long time resident of this area and a graduate of Largo High School. I love working with Dr. Hayslett. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is being able to assist Dr. Hayslett when he volunteers at the Community Dental Clinic; the patients he treats there are so thankful for the care he gives them.

I have been a hygienist for 14 years. I graduated from St. Petersburg College and I have worked at CDA since 2001. In my spare time I enjoy working out at the gym. I also enjoy travelling with my friends and spending time with my family.

Caring for our patients at CDA is a privilege and a blessing to me. As a graduate of The Ohio State University my goal is to educate and encourage our patients to achieve and maintain excellent oral health for a lifetime.

I have been a hygienist for 30 years. I am a graduate of Clearwater High School and St. Petersburg College. I have worked at CDA for 28 years!! I have two grown children and I love my crazy house with 2 dogs, 2 cats, a lovebird and a grand-dog that visits frequently. When Im not at work I enjoy going to the beach, working out at the gym, bike riding and watching football.

I am originally from Brazil. I met my husband in Boston and we moved to Florida in 2005. I have been at CDA since 2006. I am proud to be a part of the staff of CDA; patient satisfaction is extremely important to all of us. Our team strives to create a pleasant work environment and excellent patient care is our main goal.

I have been a hygienist for nearly 30 years in this area. I enjoy our CDA practice and have been here 3 years. In my spare time I spend time with family and friends. I have 2 cats Thelma & Louise. My passion is quilting. I make baby quilts for charity and donate to several hospitals in the area.

I have been in the dental field since 1981. There has never been a doubt in my mind that I did not choose the right profession. I enjoy providing a service that makes people smile. In my spare time I spend time with my husband Bobby and my daughter Abigail. We enjoy the beach, the sun, and everything else that goes along with Florida living.

I have been working for Dr. Allen since 1993. I cherish the friendships I have made while working for Dr. Allen both with patients and my co-workers. We have watched our children grow into adults and shared many memorable moments together. It is important to me to do the most we can for our patients and knowing weve done our best for someone puts a smile on my face at the end of the day!

I am a Clearwater native and a proud graduate of Clearwater High School. My family has lived in Clearwater since the early 1960s. When I was eleven I started coming as a patient to CDA. I remember being terrified of getting the shot! Much to my surprise I didnt feel anything! I am forever grateful to that dentist, Dr. David Bassett, for giving me such great care and introducing me to dentistry.

When I was in high school I attended a meeting for high school students who were interested in pursuing dentistry as a career; my positive experiences with dentistry made an impact on me and I knew that was what I wanted to do for a career.

I received a BS in Biology from Samford College in Birmingham Alabama and in 2003 I graduated from the University Of Alabama School Of Dentistry. After graduation I returned home to Clearwater and joined the group at CDA.

In addition to learning from my colleagues I have made a strong commitment to dental continuing education. I feel an obligation to my patients to provide them with the best possible care I can. I consider my philosophy to be patient centered. For me that means helping patients receive the dental treatment they want and need. Whether patients are in pain, want to improve their oral health, or improve their appearance we attempt to really understand their situation and together we create a plan to accomplish their goal.

I am an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Florida Dental Association. I am proud to regularly volunteer my time at two local clinics, The Community Dental Clinic and Gulf Coast Dental Outreach. These clinics are for patients who are unable to afford dental care and they meet a great need in our community.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, playing golf and scuba diving. My wife, Sherrie Lynn and I were married in 2008. We welcomed our first daughter, Liliana in 2011 and our second daughter, Anabelle in 2013.

During his time as a dental student, Dr. Kiskaddon realized the importance of continuing his training at a post graduate level. Dr. Hayslett is by far the BEST dentist I have ever seen! He restored my smile, and he is so gentle! I am deathly afraid of needles and I never even felt anything when Dr. Hayslett gave me the injection. I cant say enough good things about him!!! Thank you again Dr. Hayslett!!

I have never been to a better dental clinic. Doctor Allan and Thelma, the hygienist, are so gentle-and they explain everything. This makes a dental visit so easy, since fear is taken away. The front staff is polite and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to ANYONE.

I can't say enough about the incredible patient care at Clearwater Dental Associates. I have received outstanding personalized treatment from Dr. Kiskaddon but, Lisa, the office manager went above and beyond immediately following hurricane Ian. Lisa met me to fix my temporary crown one day after the storm. This office truly goes above and beyond for their patients and I am so grateful!

For many years, I saw Doctor Allen and was satisfied with his knowledge and caring. Yet, on several occasions, Dr Allen's options were rather quite expensive. As I recently found out, there were cheaper and as efficient options that he omitted mentioning. A few months ago, he became frustrated with me since I could not go straight to a specialist HE recommended who was going to charge me a minimum of 1000 if not more for one root canal. After I explained my financial situation to his assistant, Dr Allen expressed his frustration by claiming loud and clear that I never do what he tells me to do. Also, he got angry for I showed him where I thought the pain was coming from. This is the same dentist who years prior explained to me the phenomenon of sympathetic teeth which is when teeth other than the one that is actually in need of care take on its pain... That day, I got completely disgusted with the way I was being treated and for the fact that I had been paying huge amounts of money being told that there were no cheaper way...I decided to look for another dentist and another dental office. Dr Allen should remember that some of us cannot afford his expensive options and to never forget to mention cheaper ones that are as efficient. To me, any medical doctor who looses his/her cool and "shames" a patient publicly is a doctor I cannot Trust. Also, I was told years later that in fact, they are not taking my dental plan! No wonder I kept wondering why bothering with dental health plans since very little was covered....

This review is very long over due !!! I have been a customer of Clearwater Dental Associates for almost 3 years. From the front office to the doctors - to the staff - I can not say enough amazing things about this incredible facility . Dr. Spencer ( super hot & extremely easy on the eyes ) is a VERY TALENTED dentist . I have been in Dr. Spencer's care for over 3 years. There has never been a time when I felt like I wasn't heard or a concern was not addressed . Dr. Spencer is knowledgeable, sweet, THOROUGH, hard working, DETAILED, METICULOUS.... I truthfully can go on and on. Dr. Spencer even referred me to an equally incredible Periodontist - Dr. Churney whom left my gums gorgeous ! I'm a 35 year New Yorker and I have to say - I have definitely seen my fair share of dentists but Dr. Spencer is in a league all by himself ! I can not be more grateful that Dr. Spencer is my dentist . He's honest and his work is beautiful !!! Let's say I have had a few fillings, caps etc., I also want to acknowledge Shottie - the dental hygienist - what a stud !!! She leaves my teeth so clean and beautiful and ALWAYS with a smile !! The office is full of positive energy and you feel it it when you're there !! Much continued and deserving success Clearwater Dental Associates! I will see you soon ! Daniela S Drake

Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here for several reasons. Each time I have gone, they have been extremely rough with my teeth and have nicked my gums significant enough that it took days to heal and hurt really badly. They also did a cavity treatment which stained my teeth black which they assured me could be buffed off yet when I went back TWICE to get the stains removed I felt very dismissed and still have black stains on my teeth (which they say will come off with cleanings over time yet I was assured they would come off immediately with the buffing??). Not to mention the treatment was extremely painful and expensive. My last issue is that almost every time I go there, I am paying a significant price out of pocket. I've never had any of these issues with my dentists before I moved so this was really really disappointing especially because the staff was so nice during my first visit. In conclusion, if you want to feel heard and listened to, not be in pain, and not pay out of pocket I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go.

In one weekend, I broke a tooth on one side of my mouth, and while favoring that side while eating, a crown came off of another tooth on the other side of my mouth. I called Clearwater Dental Associates and Allie scheduled me to see Dr. Kiskaddon quickly. Upon that appointment, Dr. Kiskaddon explained the condition of these two teeth which led to the ultimate decision of seeing two different specialists; one for a root canal, and the other for an extraction and grafting. The challenge I was faced with, however, was that it was imperative for me to have all consultations and procedures completed by a certain and near date. That is when Courtney Homer, a Restorative Case Manager with Clearwater Dental Associates, stepped in to help. And that she did. She owned the challenge until it was accomplished - orchestrating phone calls, emails, faxes to the specialists and then communicated back to me each time. I am grateful for the quick appointments with Dr. Kiskaddon, the care plan 'and' the care he has given me, the way he explains things step by step while he is working on my teeth, and especially grateful for him personally reaching out to the specialists that I was scheduled to meet. The dental assistants are spot on and are pleasant as well, and I also received a detailed explanation into my benefits from Barry having learned something I wasn't aware of. And then came Courtney who saved the day. Thank you again! You all are amazing and I appreciate each one of you.

Dr. Maria Hernandez cured my dentist phobia. She was understanding of my fear and did an amazing job along with Ashley. They talked me through it and even managed to make me giggle. Very personable which is exactly what I needed in order to get over my fear. Excellent job. Dr. Rodriguez, Ashley and the patient coordinator, Andrea, who was thorough in explaining the dental treatment plan, are a great team. I will refer anyone to them.

I definitely recommend this place. Dr. Kiskaddon and his whole staff make you feel at ease, if you have not been to a dentist in a long time.

I recently had my first dentist visit in 10 years. I'm so pleased with the work that has been done to get me back in back in good health. From my first visit five weeks ago to today, I've enjoyed both a short and long term plan flawlessly put in place to fit my budget and schedule. This is a team of professionals who enjoy their work. A comfortable dentist' office with smiling clients! Really!

I didn't like the fact that they told me that everything they were doing that day was covered 100% with my insurance and then when I went to check-out they wanted me to pay $96. When asked why I was told no charge, they said the hygienist had to do a deeper clean on my teeth and thus the higher charge, but the hygienist never let me or the front know she was doing a deeper clean to make sure it was okay with me first, because it was not okay with me and I would not have approved it. I also found it suspicious that on my first visit ever, they laid out a treatment plan that includes varied expenses that totaled up to just around $1000 which is the limit on my plan for the year. It was a clean and modern practice otherwise.

As always a pleasant experience, and that is not easy to say for any dental office visit, given the circumstances. Shaadi my hygienist is excellent at her job, with great chair side manner and always very friendly and makes the cleaning almost enjoyable if that is possible.
