Dr. Colin Webb, of Webb Orthodontics in Charlotte, NC, founded Clearsmile years ago with the desire to create an orthodontic practice ultra-specialized in one thing: Invisalign. He literally loves making people smile and after a few visits with us youll see what we mean! He believes in making treatment decisions by combining the most advanced research and technology with his clinical expertise. This allows him to give his patients the most effective results in the most efficient time frame.
Dr. Niki Mason loves making people feel great about their smile! She takes joy in giving detailed explanations to patients and their families of what to expect during orthodontic treatment. Dr. Mason finds it important for her patients to understand what she is recommending, but especially why. Ensuring patient comfort and trust is her top priority.
After earning her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill, she attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she graduated at the top of her class. She was then accepted to West Virginia University, where she completed a three year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Mason is recognized as a board certified orthodontist. This means that she has voluntarily completed extensive continuing education to demonstrate that she has the knowledge base and skill to treat patients to the highest standards.
Dr. Mason is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her heart will always bleed black and gold, but the great state of North Carolina was calling her home. She loves everything that Charlotte has to offer! In her free time, Dr. Mason enjoys being outdoors, working out, traveling, and attempting DIY projects.
Dr. Jamie Martin is a native North Carolinian with split allegiance to Clemson and UNC Chapel Hill after attending undergrad and dental school at each respectively. After completing her orthodontic residency in Wisconsin, she knew she wanted to move back to her home state and to the Queen City. Dr. Martins father and grandfather were orthodontists alignment is in her blood!
Dr. Martin has a true passion for her work, and she is proud to be a board certified orthodontist from the prestigious American Board of Orthodontics. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, working out, spending time with her pup and exploring new restaurants.
Since Dr. Jeff Goldsmith was a teenager, he dreamed of being an orthodontist he is so excited to be living his dream! Specifically, He finds it thrilling to improve lives, both socially and professionally, by giving children and adults beautiful smiles. This passion for orthodontics shines through when discussing treatment and options with patients. In order to develop customized treatment plans for each individual, he believes the orthodontist must carefully listen to the patients concerns and desires.

I just started there 7 weeks ago. I had read the reviews which were encouraging, and when I went in person for my initial consultation, I was happy to find out that they were the most cost-effective out of all the places I had checked. The service there is truly great. I love the cheerful and friendly greeting I always get upon arrival, and the fact that they recognize me. I also appreciate them hearing my concerns or questions, and taking their time to put my mind at ease. They're young and they have great energy! At my last visit, they had some good uplifting music playing in the background which I appreciated given the fact that I've been to another practice with my family where the TV was playing and you could hear obscenities. Overall, very pleased with ClearSmile so far. I have seen the results from other patients and I look forward to getting the same great results!

Very friendly staff went in for a consult as looking to get Invisalign got me in and out. They all seemed very well knowledgeable. The only thing I would say is they are a bit on the pricey side. My friend got Invisalign at another location had them in longer than what I was quoted for and hers was cheaper than mine even with the discount and her teeth look great.

The best place for Invisalign treatment! The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. Was able to receive an hour consultant and picked a plan that I felt was best for me. I'm half way through treatment and already see amazing results. The staff is super accommodating and fast with responses.

The team at Clearsmile is awesome! The consultation is quick, easy and painless. The staff effectively communicates your treatment plan and ensures your understanding. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. I highly recommend taking advantage of their free consultation.

I used to have severe anxiety about any type of dentist. But not here, okay, maybe my first day. But they made me feel so comfortable, I honestly looked forward to my visits. I saw a few orthodontist & they all wanted to pull a few teeth & quoted 2-3k more than clear smile. Oh ya, & no teeth pulled from my face! I drove 1.5 hr for every appointment because it's worth it! In all honesty the staff is THE BEST! Why?!: They send constant reminders (via text), knowledgeable, friendly & cute to boot! But the BIG WIN for me is: they are all SO efficient, I honestly don't think I've been in there longer than 45 mins & that was for the "major stuff". I only had to wait once! I also noticed when something goes wrong, they fix it quickly & communicate so well. Y'all kinda changed my life, so cheers & thanks to you!

I always had teeth issues growing up. Genetics gave me cavities and other things with my teeth. I could never get braces as a result. This office got me in Tip top shape in 15 months. I now have a perfect smile. I couldn't believe the results and how good they were. Thank you so much for making my smile fantastic.

There are not enough positive things to say about Dr. Mason at Clearsmile. From the moment of my initial consultation to the day I received my permanent retainers and "graduated" from Invisalign treatment -- I felt heard and understood. Dr. Mason took the time to really listen to my concerns and problem areas that I wanted addressed and created the perfect plan to give me my best smile. Her, along with all of her coworkers in the office, are all welcoming and friendly-- which made for visits to the office enjoyable. I was updated at every phase in my treatment plan and felt welcomed to asking questions and giving suggestions along the way.
