On September 29 of 2022 I had every tooth in my head pulled and replace 2 full arch replacements at Clear Choice Dental Implant Center. As one would imagine, this type of surgery is a significant financial commitment and quite frankly a bit terrifying on absolutely every level. Dr. Kato, Dr. Amenedo, and their entire team could not have done anything better throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable, sanitary, caring, and compassionate are just a couple of words that come to mind. Having visited two other centers before visiting Dr. Kato, his initial consultation and diagnosis was the same as others. However, he gave me just a couple of extra details about my X-Rays that gave me the confidence to select him. Next Step - Schedule Surgery. Next Step - Wait. For me this was the most difficult part waiting for surgery. Every day I obsessed about what would happen. I had to schedule about 2 month out because I had some personal commitments that I had to work around. Surgery Day - You go in early, everyone is friendly, sedation happens, and the next thing you know you are in recovery. I cannot stress enough how comfortable I was during surgery. The cocktail they use for sedation is amazing. At the end of the day after the fine tune your bite, you go home with a full beautiful set of teeth. Recovery - Well I went to work the next day, spent a couple of hours on my feet, moved around. Was I in pain, NO. Was I a bit uncomfortable, YES. Was the discomfort manageable with Ibuprofen, Absolutely. I did not need to take any strong pain killers. Every day the level of discomfort is diminished. One of my biggest concerns during the first two weeks of recovery was eating . I didn't miss a meal. Consumed yogurt, protein shake, and a supplement in the morning; protein shake for lunch; and either a giant creamed soup or cheesy mashed potatoes for dinner. Did I love my diet, NO. Is it doable for a couple of weeks, ABSOLUTELY. After the surgery I had some minor swelling and very very very minor bruising. Had you not known that I had every tooth pulled and replace with permanently implanted arches - you could not tell by looking at me. The staff at ClearChoice in White Plains are a well oiled and well managed team. The treatment they provided exceeded every expectation I had.

I am on the final stage of this process. It has been great. Im excited to see the final work completed. The staff has been great. Explaining what to expect all along the way. Pain was minimal as was swelling. My surgery was done in 1 sitting. I worked the next day. My teeth were bad. Embarrassing. And probably unhealthy too. I needed to decide to buy a new car or get my teeth done. I bought a scooter and chose my teeth. I cant wait to see my permanent results. I have 2 more appointments to see the finished product

This will be a review in progress. I have decided to finally fix my teeth and get my mouth and smile in order. I have had my consultation and decided on a treatment plan and got the financing squared away. Both were helped along by the professional staff. My next appointment begins the physical transformation. I get molds of my mouth made and schedule my surgery. Ill update as the process goes on. But so far the folks at the white Plains office have been great. I've had my 1st 4 appointments. Had my surgery and got my temporary set for a little over 3 months. The experience this far has been painless mostly and extremely comfortable. I made a choice to either get my teeth fixed or buy a car. I bought a scooter and financed my teeth and don't regret the decision one bit, yet. Next month I begin the process of being fitted for my permanent teeth. So far they look great. I will make some changes to how they feel. The Dr encouraged me to take note of anything I liked and didn't like so they can use that info for the permanent set. I will comment again after my Sept appointment.

Very disappointed, had to comeback twice bc of my partials 1st time was bc they were too big & 2nd time bc they broke in 3 pieces all during my work hours so I lost time & pay. Which is really bad bc the loan has to be paid no matter what. So imagine how much I'm loosing out on. Now they want to say it's bc they are transitional partials for the money I'm spending they should of said that from the beginning, like why have partials if I have to take them off to eat makes no sense to me. Also instead of making me new partials they are repairing the 3 pieces back together w/ ALL the money they are charging on this loan it's unbelievable, but that's what I get for not shopping around. I didn't take pictures of the partials in 3 pieces I should off to show the type of work they do, but since it's only a repair they will break again & I will take pictures this time around

When I initially started researching Implants I wasn't sure it was even an option for me, or if I could afford it. I tried a few different locations and didn't feel comfortable like I felt when I went to the Clear choice office in White Plains. I was greeted with compassion and love but most of all knowledge. I had an amazing team from my first appointment to the day of my surgery. During my surgery I received the best care and even during my post op appointment the ladies are all so professional and welcoming. Thank-you all for the support and because of you I am able to smile again. I have not taken any photos smiling for the last 25 plus years now I'm gonna smile even if I fall on my face. After visiting several dentist in the area for my dental issues an not getting a complete feeling of comfort I visited Clear Choice. I was one with broken crowns, grown down teeth and a sinus issue. They walked me through what would have to be done in my best interest ,I met with staff,doctors and the techicans that make the teeth which is all done on the premises. Anyone who is looking at Clear Choice can NOT go wrong using this office. The staff and Dr's are warm, friendly and 100% professional. When it came time for appts. And even my surgery everyone was so helpful and caring. Follow up visits are a joy. One would never think a person would say "I enjoy going to Dentist" but that is exactly how I feel after my experience.
