Initially staff is generally great. Work is great for additional 5k. Ethical issues @ top, trickles down to some higher level staff. Money more important than long term patient care/Aesthetics. Be cautious Class Action Lawsuit Needed. Pls Contact A Lawyer/ Dental Board CA Dnt be ashame/ millions of everyday people have similar issues.

I'd give this place a 10 star if I had a chance. Super friendly and helpful from the receptionist all the way up to the surgeon highly recommended I was extremely scared prior to doing my full upper implant procedure and now one day later minimal swelling and I have a great smile thank you Medina the consultation gal all the way up to the surgeon

Everyone at the Walnut Creek location is fantastic and goes out of their way to provide excellent, personalized service. My implants are gorgeous and fit really well. Dr. P is an artist. the sales closer say guy created some urgency today for no good reason, but whatever. they want to get paid up front. i'm generally okay with that. i'm taking money out of a long term savings account. the process takes about a week or so before the money's in my checking account blah blah, sales closer guy needs the 6500 or 6750 today even though the crown itself comes next year. long story short, i agree to use credit cards and pay today instead of just waiting a few more days for my direct deposit from a long term savings account. long story short, after all of that ridiculousness, i get to the front desk and i'm told that there are no available schedule dates until at least january.

I am very pleased with Clear Choice in Walnut Creek. I was there today, June 15th, 2022, for my upgrade. I had horrible teeth before I got my first implants. My first implants were made with 2 pieces. With my first implants, I had a beautiful smile. I loved them. The problem was my upper front teeth came out. I kept having to go back and have them repaired. The upgrade is done in 1 piece and that shouldn't happen. I'm sure my first implants wouldn't have had a problem if Covid-19 hadn't happened. Everyone at Clear Choice are really nice! Before Clear Choice I couldn't smile!

I have always had troubles with my teeth as a adult. I did a lot of preservation that was costly over the years.Then I had a bout with Cancer and under went chemo. I beat a cancer by the grace of god but chemo claimed my teeth..they were just falling out!! By the loss of my 2nd front tooth and all others loose to touch.I chose to contact CC and ultimately made a decision that has truly changed my life...my process took 11 months ( we had Covid delays) but my quality of life and the beautiful smile was worth it all!! I haven't smiled this much in years..Thank you

The entire process my this office is top notch. Getting all teeth pulled and getting them replaced is not fun and expensive but now that I am done I feel like I got my money's worth and the entire experience exceeded expectations.

This visit was very good checking the fit and appearance before the actual finish product is made. The Dr. was very meticulous in the appearance of the teeth and took the extra time to change the wax model to be perfect for my face and mouth.

Amazing Staff from the Receptionist to the Doctors everyone in the Walnut Creek office is wonderful I have had the best experience with Clear Choice they give you exactly what you want the Doctor actually cares to give you the smile you have always dreamed of and no task is overlooked. Clear Choice-Walnut Creek is the absolutely best choice for your implant needs! Take it from someone who HAD the greatest fear and anxiety about anything dental. I needed help just going to the dentist for X-RAYS! However, I really wanted to do this review and tell EVERYBODY that I now walk into this office happy and smiling! Everyone, from the front office staff to the technicians, the doctors and the entire staff make you feel absolutely GREAT! I LOVE my smile! I'm so, so very happy that I went through all of this! This office has taken such good care of me! I would stand on the roof and shout it, REALLY! But it's not just me! I hear them greet everyone coming through the door and they truly make everyone feel they same way! Don't hesitate as I did. If you are even thinking about implants, talk to them. You won't be sorry!
