Although I am pleased with my implants, Clear Choice St Louis DOES NOT provide routine cleaning and maintenance! It's difficult to find a dental office to provide cleaning and the cost is over $300 every six months plus $500 periodically to have screws replaced. Clear Cgoice St. Louis needs to service what they sell, especially considering the astronomical cost of the implants.

PLEASE READ!!! I am (was) a patient at Clear Choice at the beginning of September 2021. The presentation of my treatment was impressive due to the confidence of the oral surgeon Dr. Sylvester. Like the ad, I will go home with teeth in a day. To make it short, I was promised a set of teeth that I can eat with which is WHY I did the treatment. It is now July 2022 and my last visit in mid February was just beyond UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING sinus infections from September up to now and due to the multiple implant redos from incorrect angle placement admitted oral surgeon. I now have a BIG HOLE IN MY MOUTH TO MY SINUS. I was told to see an ENT to clear up the infection not to mention how am I going to get the hole closed and I have to shoulder the expenses for all that. Their response to the new set of teeth where I can actually eat was to pay my remaining balance FIRST according to their manager Mr. Jim Rush and reinforced by Dr Pinkston. My girlfriend pleaded to Mr. Jim Rush that at least make me a set that I can actually eat with. I already paid $37,900 and it's been 10 months of nothing but infection and headaches and numbness on the whole right side of my face. There was ZERO empathy. My life has been turned upside down. No follow up calls either to see how I am doing. It is astounding to see the enthusiam. Dione was very nice to me during the consultation compared to the INDIFFERENCE and lack of concern when I was seen for my unending implant infection. WHERE IS THE CLEAR CHOICE PLEDGE??? The first week was pleasant and the assistant JLo checked in and I really believe she cared. Another shame when I called her few months later, she politely said to call the office because the after care has been transferred to their front office. I cannot find anything positive to say about the front office Rene and Jordan. When my girlfriend calls I am always by her side because she has to speak for me due to my slurred speech and the reception she gets is less than helpful to put it mildly. Clear Choice deserves ZERO star. v

I just wanted to thank Clear Choice and especially, Dr. Adam M. Ostrand, for taking such great care of me while I was putting in to play, the one implant I needed. I actually smiled in a dental room! I have used Clear Choice before for 3 teeth. I was given options along with help to be able to afford It. They are simply the best.

Clear Choice in St Louis has a wonderful staff and Doctors. Make it your choice if you need implants and obtain a great smile. The entire staff that worked with me like Dr Ostrand and Angie on my last visit to get my permanent teeth always had a great personality and always upbeat with dealing with me. Other staff there also always friendly but I cannot remember all there names. Thanks again Clear Choice for giving me a beautiful smile

When I started researching dental implants I was looking for an all inclusive office. At ClearChoice the dental team, oral surgeon, prosthodontist and lab were all in the same place. Dr Sylvester, Dr Pinkston, and staff were very professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm very happy with the results and my smile. This has been one of the best decisions I'm made for myself. I'd definitely recommend ClearChoice St. Louis.

From day one, everything was transparent from what to expect, cost and timeline of the procedures.
