I'm just starting my dental implant journey and I'm so happy I chose clear choice. My initial phone conversation was so pleasant I don't remember the name of the agent on the phone , but he listened to my concerns and urgency , and was able to get me a consultation the next morning. Meeting Christina the patient education consultant was another highlight . Her energy and understanding of the process made me feel comfortable, her walking me through the information and my 3d scans was awesome. When the Dentist came in... Initially I could afford only top section only, but after completing and see the results I will definitely will comeback to do a bottom as well:) The Doctors and the Team was unbelievably Friendly, Nice and Happy To see me every time:) Planning next year to re-visit and complete entire Goal. I made a big mistake . . . Decided to tell my story ; you have all seen the commercial ; what you don't know is that not attending Family & Friends gatherings does so much to your mental health ; I was a person who got invited to so many openings ; and yet I couldn't attend . . . Why !!! Because I couldn't smile and worst I couldn't talk directly to anyone !!! The day I made that call ; was the beginning of my LIFE !!!! This has been one disaster after another. First they chipped my tooth while putting the implant in. They had it repaired the next day, but now it's been compromised. Then they tried to put a crown in that was probably made for Godzilla because it caused pain immediately. They screwed it in and out several times and finally "sawed" the sides. It was still too big but they sent me home to see if I would just "get used to it". A week later the discomfort gradually turned into pain that would not subside and caused me to loose sleep. When I tried to call and get help, they told me that location was closed for a week. The only other location i could go to was the Brooklyn office. The doctor I saw there said it looked great and said there was nothing she could do even though I told her I was in pain. Since the train service is not running today, I had to reschedule and now they won't see me until Friday which makes two weeks of pain they won't do anything about. This place is a SCAM just to get you to pay entirely up front and then they treat you like garbage. Stay away if you value your health.

Where do I even begin. How about with the warm, receptive, and welcoming environment, created by EVERYONE in the Long Island City office! From the initial no pressure consultation with Stella, to scheduling the very first surgical procedure through Andrea, getting confirmation calls from Ray, to then being introduced to THE BEST smile designer in the industry, Dr. Athar. My mom came here for the full mouth restoration procedure, and this facility and it's entire staff did such an EXCELLENT job in making the entire process stress free, informative, and comfortable for my mom. Today June 6, 2022, my mom left out of this office with a restored confidence and pride, and it reflected in her brand new BEAUTIFUL ear to ear smile! We can't thank you guys enough.

The WORST decision I have ever made was to come to this place to get my implant. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked for some kind of refund but they denied it to me. My implant looks so bad , it cost me 5,600 for one implant. Not worth it. They show you nice videos of how your teeth will look but its all just to get you excited and pay in full . The last day I left the place in tears because the doctor was so rude. Hope you read this and don't waste your money please!!!
