My dad spent $38,000 for his implants. They were supposed to have a5 year warranty. After 4 years the top bridge broke. They refuse to honor the warranty because a new dentist took over the practice. They want $5,000 to fix it.

Everyone at Clearchoice is so nice and patiently explains everything so you can understand the procedure of implants. I've had the surgery and all is going great just waiting for healing part to have the actual teeth part put in. Very happy I did this.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY THE DOCTORS ARE VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I CHOSE THEM BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN DENTURES FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I WAS HAVING SO MUCH BONE LOSE. I WAS TIRED OF FIGHTING MY ILL FITTING PLATES EVEN THOUGH I WOULD GET THEM REPLACED SERVERAL TIMES. AFTER MY PROCESS WITH CLEAR CHOICE I CAN EAT MY FOOD WITHOUT ISSUES AND FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT MYSELF.

Dani Finney, who I believe is the care coordinator was especially helpful. She explained procedures thoroughly, and worked hard to find options if part of the plan didn't seem like a fit. Gracious and knowledgable! We had to postpone the procedure for personal reasons so I haven't had a full experience at Clear Choice, but Dani was certainly a welcoming start!

The communication prior to the surgical appointment with the care/transportation provider was non existent. I was told two separate times I just needed to be available for drop off and pick up of the patient. Upon arrival surgery day I was told I had to stay the entire time. I was told that was to ensure the patient was walked to the bathroom etc. Was told at the initial consult that all required codes for insurance processing would be provided. Day of surgery I am told that not all requested information would be done. Very Poor communication in my opinion. When you have to make the plans to travel hours to get to the location it would be nice to be able to arrive knowing what is going on.

I went to Clear Choice yesterday for dental implants. I feel blessed to have had Dr. Camarata do my work. He's very easy to talk to, very nice to be around, very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Well...as comfortable as you can in a dentist's chair!...LOL! Seriously, Dr. Camarata is beyond THE BEST. Natalie is his assistant and she couldn't have been better. She treated me from start to finish with the same tender care as if I had been her Grandmother. I don't know what she's paid...but it's not what she's worth. Come on guys...double her salary...and double Andrea's too...she follows up on me and if I am the least bit uncomfortable she offers two ways to make me feel better. I definitely recommend Clear Choice because of their staff ...starting with Dani in (I guess marketing...). Dani gave me my first interview and throughout the scheduling process...she moved mountains for me! That means she earned a big raise too!!!
