Definitely lost my business today. Does not value patient time. Understaffed and overbooked. Despite their spamming me by text and email plus sending a marketing brochure direct mail, when I got to the office this morning reception had no record of my appointment, then only some of my forms filled out online, then had to call corporate to get me added to the schedule and then after waiting an additional 1hr and 15 minutes I advised that I was leaving. No apology of any kind given to me. If this group cannot even get the scheduling consultation wooing stage correctly and treat your time as valuable, who in their right might would pay what implants cost and sign up for a course of same treatment over several months. ClearChoice you can be certain I will let everyone I know not to waste their time.

I was deathly afraid of the dentist which is why I ended up needing implants. I explained that to the staff and everyone was fantastic. I would highly recommend them and I look and feel great! When my implants we're finished and I had no more appointments I felt like I was leaving a family. The best thing I've ever done!!!

I am thoroughly satisfied with Clear Choice. My office is in Mount Laurel NJ. I highly recommend them for any major Implants. Their staff is wonderful and the Doctors are great. Granted, they are probably a little 'pricey', it is WELL worth the cost. I needed full upper and lower implants to replace broken teeth on the bottom and dentures on top. It's been about 2 weeks and I have started experimenting with different 'hard' foods like a Kind Nut and Caramel bar. I could not even look at one of these for about 20 years. I was like a little kid with his first piece of candy. Again - great staff, absolutely sparkling clean environment and my final implants are everything I was told they'd be. I highly recommend them!

Clear Choice is everything that's you see on the tv commercials! Dr. Varghese is a real pro at what she does. The entire staff is so knowledgeable. Angelina and Marissa over at the clear choice in Mt Laurel NJ are absolutely God sent angels, both in looks and knowledge!! Angelina gave me her personal cell phone number to reach out to her at anytime if there were any complications. I won't get into details but I reached out at least on 4 different occasions, both before and after surgery. Marissa took her time answering every question in detail. She made sure I understood everything, as sometimes too much info may escape the brain lol. She made sure I received the correct shade of teeth before making my final decision. Dionne was so much help in breaking down the cost of my new teeth and my financial options. Clear Choice is the perfect solution if anyone is seeking dental implants. Dr. Varghese and her extremely professional and knowledgeable staff are truly truly amazing! I would recommend Clear Choice to anyone and everyone!!!

If you have other places closer to home as options go there. Clear Choice is a chain and waaaay more expensive than other places. I paid $6500 for a single dental implant. Your consultation is basically a sales pitch where you feel somewhat pressured to agree. They start looking up lending companies right away for you. They won't hesitate to tell little lies to have you sign off on the paperwork. I was told they'd make a fake tooth for me that I could eat with since my missing tooth was in the front of my mouth. When surgery day came and I got sent home with retainers, I was told I can't eat with them (which is true) but they lied to me in that consultation to get me to sign the paperwork it seemed. I was also told there were different forms of sedation available for surgery day. Surgery day came and I was offered nothing which is scary! Appointments were never correct time wise. They would write a time down on a card and then try to tell you you're early or late because they somehow have a different time in the system then they told you initially. My flipper that they also made never fit me and my fake tooth was the wrong color. My initial try on for a crown was also the wrong color so I had to wait for another try on (they do warn that there is a try on process from the start though. However other places don't seem to have this try on process after doing some research) I will say the surgeon was amazing and the workers are very nice that take the impressions and install the crown. The woman who placed the crown was amazing and helped me out since my wedding was so close and I wanted the final product done before then. The final product is beautiful so the work done is very good. But I could've gotten the same results for half the price elsewhere with a lot less headaches.

My experience with Clear Choice has been nothing but great. From beginning to end, everything was explained to me. Sometimes more than once which was to answer my questions and ease my fears. The entire staff was phenomenal, caring and friendly. I got into a number of one-on-one conversations with different staff members and they made me feel at ease. Today was my last appointment and I feel kind of sad not to see the staff anymore yet glad under these circumstances I don't have to any more. Lol I would highly recommend Clear Choice in Mt. Laurel, NJ or any other location if you need to get dental implants. And by the way, I experienced no pain. They were kind and gentle. Answered and addressed my questions and concerns. Check them out. You'll be happy you did and highly satisfied with the results.

Dr V and her staff made me feel welcomed and special. They explained everything to me from the first day. They made sure I understood every part of the process. I believe I was one of the lucky ones, I had very little pain. For me the healing process was quick with minimal pain. I would surely recommend Clear Choice.

The first visit to clear choice I was not impressed with people they assigned me with the doctor was the only one I liked. It took me a year before going back and I was quite apprehensive about getting the same staff but I was hoping for the same doctor to my surprise it was different people and the same doctor . With this visit I met Angelina thank god because she is an angel she is caring kind thoughtful n extremely knowledgeable if not for her I don't think I would be so excited about this and if not for her i wouldn't of sealed the deal.. Unfortunately there aren't enough Angelina's but I am so grateful she is on my team...I am looking forward to my surgery in January and having Angelina n my doctor with me....Thank you so much Angelina for making this all go so easy n smoothly you are by far a huge asset to clear choice patients...Xo gina

I went in there with an open mind, i didn't except any more or any less. Doctor was very frank and told me and showed me on my free 3D scan exactly what i would need to to get the results i wanted and needed to function normally, the quote was for $31,000 i almost passed out. That is all
