My wife had an complete upper dental implant in August 2016 at a cost of $ 25,000, with cleaning services provided once a year at $ 175.00. She had an appointment in September 2022 that she missed because they did not call her with a reminder, what they always did. She missed the appointment because there was a conflict with a Doctors appointment. We were advised by ClearChoice that they no longer perform the cleaning services. When planning to use ClearChoice please keep in mind that they do not perform any cleaning services for their patients.

Being in time is very important. You will have to reschedule if you're more than 15 minutes late. Next appointment is usually a month out if you have to reschedule.

I would give -100 stars if I could! Right off the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. I was just wanting to make a consultation and she was belittling me because I was not sure what procedures I wanted. That is why I wanted the consultation! She spat out that what I wanted was going to be about $20,000, and at that I said, no thanks. I have that but would never even fathom the notion to spend that with such a awful first impression to anyone. Stay away!

Had an appointment and waited an hour and a half before seen. Don't understand why make an appointment. Very disorganized to be a medical facility. Decided to leave because by the time I wrote this it was 2 hour waiting.

ClearChoice is very impressive for this first time patient/client: -excellent facilities; office/exam rooms/labs -exceptional professionalism observed of each staff member I came into contact with, beginning with the receptionist, operations manager, exam room specialist, and Dr Syros. -scheduling and all related procedural matters were clearly presented -excited about getting the new teeth and the comfort awaiting. -Jan 19th, I will be ready for the surgery, recovery, and interim period (requiring much patience). -THEN, A GREAT NEW SMILE & FABULOUS CHEWING IMPROVEMENT

I admit the price is a lot more than the other two places I visited for consult /quote. I've always heard " you get what you pay for" I feel the price may be more, but the detailed information I received and just knowing my teeth will be made there, will be worth the extra money! I wish I could give 0 stars for this extortion practice for convincing me I could pay in payments after installing a new tooth almost a year ago and now they say they can't finish until everything is paid. Every experience I had with this company was unprofessional with nurses and doctors laughing at me for whatever they found funny at my expense. I hope they all read this and reconsider their actions before a patient has paid the entire bill because I would rather have my bill go to collections before I give them another dime!
