Initially they are very professional and friendly. Then you realize they contradict each other, lies and deceit. Not dependable or reliable. They do give you a water pick, because you definitely need one after you eat. These implants are a magnet for food particles. Forget eating away from your water pick! AVOID at all costs

By far the best, life changing, i could not be happier. I had gone to every other place and was consulted, I was running out of options, nothing was appealing or impressing me, I was looking at full extractions, bone loss and jaws shrinking were not going to be a part of me at this age. Upon leaving my first consultation at Harrisburg Clear Choice it was decided before even leaving the building that Clear Choice was the answer, that was the route I was going with. The picture that I uploaded is only 8 days after surgery, the team in Harrisburg Pa did an outstanding job, I can't be more grateful and thankful for the job they have done. It's been a long time since I've smiled, and along with being able to smile, I couldn't be happier, they go hand in hand.

No stars for this place. We waited over an hour, than the receptionist came and said it would be at-least another 45 minutes. To top it off she was rude about it.

I schedule a consultation with (UN)Clear Choice Dental. I had to take a day off of Work and drive 30+ miles (one way). When I got there I was refused to even be waited on and I was told I need a Mask and told that I can't be in the same room with others. I must wait in the hall. Terrible communication skills and you want me to trust your Dental work on top of that. I feel safer getting an Attorney and "SUE" (and all because some Chic at the desk can't do her job).

Stay away!!! As soon as they get their money they are done with you. I was told 2 visits because I'm from out of town. 9 visits later I still have no teeth. I was supposed to have them four months ago and they haven't started making them yet. They won't pick up the phone if you're an exsisting client. On top of everything else I paid for an anesthesiologist and an oral surgeon. My wife took the day off work to drive me. We get there and they said it was a straight removal. I showed them my bill and then their excuse was 'the surgeon went home early'. This is a Tuesday at 10am. They only do surgery on Thursday. When I asked about a partial refund since I didn't get what I paid for they literally laughed at me. Stay away from clear choice dental

Got full upper & lower implants with Clear Choice Harrisburg & the level of Professionalism and Care was off the charts --positive. I was at a crossroads with my mouth & needed a lot of work done. I was embarrassed to smile, it was difficult to eat & decided it was worth the investment. I know it was not cheap, but long term it was the right move for me & my wife. Thank you clear choice from someone who is learning to smile again. Marty

I made an appt, filled out questionnaires online and received a confirmation email the next morning at 8:32am regarding my upcoming appt at 3:30pm that day. I get to my 3:30pm appt and was told, by the secretary, after she had me wash my hands and filled out covid19 paperwork that i did not confirm my appt. I tell you, i was very upset. I told her i did confirm my appt. and received an email confirmation. I left very, very upset. I told the secretary i wasted my time and gas getting to the appt. It was a 35 min drive for me. I was very excited about the appt. until the secretary told me i had not confirmed. Just because someone screwed up the scheduling doesn't mean they can accuse a brand new client of not confirming. I have the confirmation email to prove it and received it at 8:32am this morning. How dare she treat me with such disrespect!

There are not enough words to describe the professionalism, level of care, and knowledge that was seen in every staff member at Harrisburg, ClearChoice Center. Before, during and after each of my visits I was treated with great respect and care! As an anxious person I expected the worse, yet the way I was treated was far from negative. At no point did I feel that I was being judged for the appearance of my teeth, and that was what the one thing that made me the most self conscious. There was an overall genuineness that I felt from everyone in wanting to see me happy, enjoying life and most importantly, wanting me to smile again!! When I finally got to smile for the first time in many years, I was blessed to have those people who made it happen surround me during my reveal! I got my smile back and boy did the tears make an appearance!! I am beyond thankful and blessed that if I didn't have the support from not only my family, but also the support and confidence that I was in the best hands, I don't think I would have been this happy in my life! For those reading this review, please don't hesitate a day more. From the bottom of my heart, pleeeease make that call. Visiting ClearChoice has been the biggest game changer in my life, for me and my family. You won't stop smiling, I can promise you that!
