Richmond, Va Clear Choice is top notch! Professional, courteous, polite, fun staff. The whole process is explained up front. Pricing, procedures and what to expect, are all there for you, the first meet-n-greet. From surgeons to receptionist, could not ask for a better group of people to entrust your dental/whole health to. My local dentist, didn't even catch the cyst I had...and they did. For some reason, I know of noone who "likes" going to the dentist...me included. Yet, whether due to injury, neglect or genetics, the Clear Choice team, at Richmond, is your best bet! If it "could" go wrong, I may be their poster child. They tackled me, nurtured me, and explained EVERYTHING. Do your research. I've got horror stories from friends who went elsewhere. I went to clearchoice 1 year ago. I have been through my 3rd set of dentures. I originally went to see them as a 2nd quote and have already planned on using another dentist.. from the greeting with Sandra and her explaining the benefits and what they offer for their service I was convinced this was the best.choice for me. From the smile design to the oral surgery. No detail was left out. The staff the time that was owed to measure. Photograph and make sure all.ujustments were handled and perfect as if you are their only.client. My.permants are being placed at the end of March. I can not be happier. The clinic and rooms are always nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and patient with my millions of questions. Dr. Massah is the best! I love her professionalism and her clear knowledge of her job. I was also impressed with Dr. Massah's dental assistant rocks, for her to be young she is good at what she does and knowledgeable. My life has changed dramatically for the better since getting my upper and lower implanted arches. I was wearing an upper denture for four years and my lower teeth were going bad. I knew I was going to have to have them out soon. I have had in the past really bad dental experiences that left me with dental phobias. Oddly enough the healing process and the treatment after surgery was a better experience for me than when I had my upper teeth out. The whole team really cares about their patients at Clearchoice. A huge thank you goes to Jessica the manager, for her efforts to make this happen for me. The doctors, Dr. Massah and Dr Fakkar are amazing at what they do. They treated me with the kind of respect and compassion that you don't find with most dentist. Marcy my assistant was amazing and very gentle. I felt no discomfort and she always checked with me to make sure I was okay. I just had my three month check and I am so excited to see what the teams vision is for my smile. To all the people at Clearchoice thank you,because of all of you I have my self esteem, confidence, ability to eat, and next year I will ride a roller coaster and be able to scream without fear of my denture flying out . Goodbye to hiding my smile from the world, hello to being myself again.

I was in so much pain after my procedure on 3/17/21. Explained it to the Doctor at the first check up. She was Wonderful!!! Answered all my questions and made made the pain go away instantly! Slept like a baby for the first time since the surgery! I really appreciate the new Doctor at the Richmond location and look forward to my completed new smile!

My sister made an appointment for a consultation. We were scheduled for April. The office gave us a call and had to reschedule. We set the date for Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11:00 am. The morning of the 25th, i called just to verify the address to make sure I had the right location. They were unable to locate her in the system. Finally, they found her, but had no appointment scheduled. Disappointed I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager. I just wanted to bring this to management's attention. I spoke with a manager. He was very apologetic and sympathetic to my frustration. He asked to place me on hold. I agreed. About 3 minutes later, I heard a click and the line went dead. That was my last interaction with Clear Choice.

I came to Clearchoice as an alternative to analready scheduled procedure with a local Oral Surgeon and Prostodontist. After meeting the staff watching a video and speaking with Their Smile Design Team. I was all in!!! I scheduled the folliw up appointment and 3 weeks Post Op I am healing on schedule and couldnt be happier. 3 months from now will be my wax try in. After that 3 months down the road I will recieve my permanet teeth. So far they are beautiful every detail is met.

Everyone was very professional while still being friendly. My husband's care was very well thought out and planned. All the details of the procedure were throughly explained. They took care of everything and took the time to make sure everything specifically addressed his needs. I was impressed when the doctor called the day after the main procedure was done to check how my husband was doing and to make sure he was not experiencing any problems. Follow-up care has gone well.
