As a new patient when I wal ked into their office. I was greeted by the receptionist Skye who was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease and explained alot of information to me. The entire staff are professional and took me through each step of my procedure explaining as we went. I had no idea! If you are thinking about having implants I would recommend you checking ClearChoice Dental implants center for information. I give them 5 stars.

I was curious about ClearChoice and made an appointment for a consultation, I kept an open mind and was extremely impressed with their Garden City office. I'm not quite finished the entire process yet but everything has gone exceptionally well so far. Drs. Shimonova , Pang and Liang are genuinely warm and friendly human beings who are professional , patient and are excellent at what they do. I'm very happy with my decision to better my overall health and quality of life at ClearChoice, the entire staff of technicians and support staff are the Gold Standard.

I went in for a consultation and brought my mother with me. Unfortunately my mother doesn't speak English and I was translating what they were telling me. The man doing the consultation was irate and nasty. I told him I was translating and he was irate and told my mother and myself to leave. I will never go back. DONT GO. Only go if you want a NASTY experience. Horrible experience

Covid was a difficult time for my father. He was scheduled for dental work beginning with a bridge. But the world quickly shut done. Along with contracting Covid, his dental condition worsened leading to severe pain and loss of teeth. When the dental offices opened, he could no longer do a bridge and was in need of all new teeth. We went from dental practice to dental practice- each detailing a long painful process that could last years and at mind blowing expense. A clear choice ad caught my attention and we made an appointment expecting much of the same. They immediately put us at ease. Matt S was knowledgeable, taking us through the procedure and financial options. With Matt at our side, we toured the office and met the dentists and staff. It is an extremely well-run operation and the patient leaves with a full set of teeth the same day as the procedure. They do a great job of getting you through the healing process and ready for your permanent implants. Matt was understanding of our finances and worked with us to make new teeth a reality. This big operation is well run and clean. The staff is supportive and became like family. I thank Matt for taking us through the process and convincing us to take the leap. The dentists even called us at home to check on John's progress multiple times. My father is a new man, he has quality of life, looks great, and more importantly is pain free and can eat food again. Thank you Matt, the dentists, and the entire staff at Garden City Clear Choice.

My experience at Clear Choice was better than I could of imagined. The whole staff was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable during my procedure. They were constantly assuring me what was going to happen and answered my questions in waysI was able to understand. I went there with a broken tooth. They advised me I did not need an implant but could just cap the tooth which they don't do so they recommend a dentist. I appreciate that they did not try to just charge me to do the implant but we're so professional to advise the correct treatment even though they were not going to profit from it. I highly recommend them, they are very honest
