Disorganized, condescending and more expensive than the W.Palm FLA and Rocky Hill CT offices I've dealt with. So much so that I am having my finals cone 80 miles away in Rocky Hill as opposed to 32 miles away to this place. For starters, had the original procedure done in W.Palm for $18,000 up front then the remaining $7,000 for the top of the line Zircon finals for a total of $25,000. Btw, they were completely caring and professional, always following up. Bcz I was only in W.Palm visiting for the winter, I had my case transferred to the Framingham MA office. W.Palm transferred everything to Framingham and told me Framingham would reach out to me within a week. After not hearing from them for a month, I finally called and the person whom answers the phones had done nothing with my case and informed me that they don't have a real office manager. Had to reach out to Corporate who I'm guessing they gave Framingham the riot act bcz lo and behold, the next day framingham finally called me. After confirming all was healed from surgery from surgery I was able to then move on to the next step which was getting the ball rolling for the Zircon Finals. They then sent me into an office to talk to a woman about my "options"..red flag...Sure enough bcz these are all independent Clearchoice branches, I was informed it would cost me $8,000 as opposed to $7,000 and would ONLY BE the Hybrid finals NOT the Zircon. I for got how much the Zircon finals would have been but quite a bit more than the Hybrids. When I asked why the price increase my answer was to the effect in a pretentious tone, "well we are Boston area, not Florida"...Alert to Framingham, trust me, West Palm, Palm Beach county has way way more wealth than Framingham / Boston area than you will ever know. Needles t say did not want to pay more for less quality. Eventually I called the Rocky Hill CT office before business opening and left a message explaining the situation and to please call me back. Not only did Rocky Hill reach out to me later on in the day but they had also done their due diligence before calling me and had already spoken to West Palm to get the low down as they said. So by the time they called me, they very politely told me "we will gladly honor your agreement with W.Palm and give you the Zircon finals for the agreed upon price of $7,000. So that is where I am going. In summary that Framingham office was unprofessional, uncaring, and condescending. In fact the woman even said to me I will send you finance options the next day. Never happened and never any follow up. It's as if they couldn't be bothered with me.

Having suffered my entire life from incompetent dentists, cut-rate practices and extreme dental woes impacting my life in a big way, even though I'd just turned 70, I decided to take the initial free consultation; though I feared the cost would be out of my budget range and the value questionable given my age. Well, for those who only read the first sentence or two of a review, once I figured out how to finance my top implant bridge, I can say without reservation the value offered by this ClearChoice team is quite extraordinary. Frankly, the outcome is a little surreal; I've never had this smile, and my teeth are beautifully designed - there is no mistaking them with dentures. The Zirconium is hard, solidly installed, and brilliant. And I am thrilled; it's far more than I could have anticipated. Elated, in fact. Now for those who like me, want to know a bit about the process, read on. It literally took me 3-4 months after I met Brinni, the wonderfully personable and professional consultant. During this time she unselfishly gave me her text# so when I had questions, and I had many as I thought it through, she patiently and happily (it seemed) answered my questions. I then figured out my finances and got it scheduled, assured I'd walk out the day of the procedure with teeth. I was also impressed by the thorough plan of action; not only did they have a primary implant strategy, they had a back-up plan in case the first approach would not work with what they found during the actual surgery. The docs took great pains to help me understand, which I really needed to reach a comfort level to make the decision. I'd also gone to the primary implant competitor whose ads I'd seen everywhere; the cost was exactly the same but I was less impressed once I found their staff appeared to be contract specialists, which also impacted scheduling. Well, if you ever have any wonder why it costs what it does, those concerns fade away once you are in the surgical suite and see a attentive team of on-staff professionals in attendance, from an anesthesiologist of the caliber you'd expect at a major hospital (no small concern when you're my age) to the surgeon to the on-staff prosthetic doc, and the full support and nursing staff - there must have been 6 or 7 people looking out for me. I went under with a sense of true confidence. The extraction and implant anchor process went to plan and I found myself in a comfortable private recovery room, and step by step was fitted for my gum healing set that day, which I would wear for 5 months (while not ideal, but they were still far more effective than the fixed bridge I'd suffered with). I took my meds as directed, and within 4 days I was back at my home office desk. Once surgery has healed it's a process of fitting and teeth design. Again, the design aspect is no small thing - Dr. K has a true eye for what works for the patient. My design is unique and brilliant. After 2 sets of refinement (after the first surgical set), my final Zirconium set was installed ... and within a day felt fully like they are part of my head, versus the bridge and/or stop gap dentures which sat on top on my gums. Yes, it's a lot of money. But at this point, it's all about quality of life. And, having been given a season pass by my 20-something sons for my 70th birthday to the Great Woods Concert amphitheater, I'm living my best life - with a huge smile on my face. If you can swing it, well as the saying goes, just do it. I can't imagine you'll be anything but mightily happy.

I don't know where to start. These are the most professional team of people to serve you. They have everything thing in house no matter what may be needed for you. In any profession there is a MINIMUM standard; they rate the HIGHEST. Treatment. Advocacy. Integrity and ethics. It's all they do and it makes you confident you've got the best. So glad I chose them.

My Husband needed an implant after having his front tooth knocked out. The initial consultation was okay we decided to move forward with the procedure totaling around 8k roughly. While my husband was in having the first part of the surgical process completed the very nice receptionist seated me in a private room out back ( nothing special, chair & TV) but it was kind of her none the less. About 30 min into waiting a man could be heard screaming at the receptionist for seating me out back in the private waiting room " She should be sitting in the waiting room out front because that's what it's for waiting" "Girlfriends don't need to be seated outback" the receptionist tried to say something and he continued to yell at her and cut her off saying " don't ever bring anyone out there unless speaking to me first" " what are you thinking" " She does not belong and now the room is nasty" I could go on and on about the extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation that lasted 10 min. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered at a business let alone a medical office. We were paying customers just like anyone else walking through the door. Nevermind bullying in a work place shouldn't be tolerated and I know at least 5 other people heard the entire embarrassing scene... Disgusted doesn't describe how we feel about this office. Will never recommend nor do any further business with Clear Choice of Framingham. Also I am his wife of 4yrs..not his girlfriend, just for the record.. I'm also very uncertain how the room was " nasty" I was clean in business entire as I had left work to sit in that unpleasant office... even if I was waiting in Pajamas it shouldn't matter. I have not 1 positive thing to say about our experience at the Framingham office.

After looking into many places, and talking to many dentists, I decided to give Clear Choice in Framingham a chance. I am very glad I did. There are plenty of doctors that offer dental implants, however this place has the latest technology and is specialized for this purpose. The office is located in a great area with very easy access to the highway, and plenty of parking. While all my visits were during Covid-19 era, there was never a concern about it (on my part), as you could tell how seriously and professionally everything was handled. The office is very well designed, which gives you a warm feeling. From the moment I walked in, the staff (especially Brini) made me feel very welcomed and listened to all my concerns. They have every aspect very well organized, and there is no waist of time. The doctors, Dr.K and her husband Dr.C are second to none. You can tell they care about the well being of their patients. They make sure that everything is done as expected with the highest quality provided. Also the nurses especially Nancy and Nick (who worked with me) are absolutely the best. The office has a family feel, and it makes everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend it. A big Thank You to the doctors and staff for taking care of me.

I was referred by a friend who used ClearChoice in Southern California- so glad I took their advice! I have some interesting genetic and medical issues that have complicated getting quality dental care in the past. The team here at ClearChoice Framingham are TOP NOTCH and sooo helpful and patient. Every step of the implant process has been streamlined by the extraordinary staff. Dr K and Dr C are the best!!

I had great experience with Nick. He was very attentive and would always make me feel comfortable. It's the little things that meant a lot to me. He would clean and polish my partials. I had an issue and Nick was not the one attending to me that day. He would come to the room to see if he could help. I always looked forward to seeing him. We would always have some great funny conversations. Nick is the best and I mean every word. He is the greatest!!!!!
