Finally, now I have two implants with Clear Choice this month! Thanks to Dr Steffen with the smooth surgeries and to Dr Pakwan with care putting the crowns in places so I can eat and chew normally now! You all are great doing such a good job!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! You would be well advised to stay away from them! A Chinese Dr with a dishonest staff. If you decide to visit this place you will notice it is an extreme high end building. The space they occupy used to be Charles Schwab Stock Brokers. 1 Bait: You will be told on the phone they will help you with your low income budget. 2 Switch: After driving 40 miles you will be greeted by a friendly staff & escorted into a high pressure consultation room. 3. Photos of staff Hawaii trips , urging you to take out loans against your home. ( my so's would have been between 16K - 89K. 4. You can customize your own smile ( that's a good one) 5. Plan on the whole day in the consultation room! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Clear choice is by far top tier for all dental implant needs. The staff are all very nice and accommodating and the facility itself is very clean. All services are done in house so there is no back and forth to different offices, which I've found is often not the case with many other providers. The doctors and care team really listen to what you have to say as a patient, they addressed any concerns I had and gave honest and real feedback. I've had the WORST dental anxiety in my lifetime - not once did I experience that when coming to this office. From start to finish, the whole care team was really great!

So it's been a long 10 months but finally got my full set and let me tell you that they have changed my life. And let me say that they entire team at the Federal Way location was outstanding, especially dealing with probably their worst patient. The patience they had with me was supurb and I highly recommend clear choice.

The staff and the dentist were very nice and competent. I wish their office was a general dentistry so I could go there on a normal basis. I'm very afraid of dentists but everyone helped to make me comfortable and I always knew what was going on; in addition, I was always asked throughout my procedure if I was ok. That was important to me. I would highly recommend Clear Choice.

In my experience, going through what it takes to fix stuff in your mouth is never pleasant, and there are all kind of risks. The staff at Clear Choice seem to get this and do their best to listen, respond with professionalism and warmth, and reassurance that they are here for you. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would do it over again if I had to. And I'd choose Clear Choice again.

I've been dealing with deep problematic dentistry for roughly 25 years. I've been to some great dental places ... and some not so great. ClearChoice rates at the absolute top of my YAY list. The entire staff was fantastic! Very gentle and caring. Nothing was done without first a detailed explanation to me about what was going to happen and what I might be feeling. They worked very closely with me to ensure that my final set of teeth were exactly what I wanted ... not what I would settle for. Dentures were absolutely not an option for me so I am so very appreciative and thankful that I made the call to ClearChoice. My only regret is that it took me so long to do it :)

The final outcome is great. I'm comfortable and happy with the result. The journey to this outcome was overall ok. Pain management was great at time of surgery but when I had a hardware issue that left me in tears after repair and with a very swollen jaw, I was denied pain management and felt as though the service could have been better on that. The cost for 2 implants was very expensive but I suggest submitting claims to private dental insurance if you have it. Some codes were covered, most were not.

Clear Choice has been my savior, I have a beautiful smile that I always wanted. I can eat basically anything I ate before, the staff is incredible always smiling, and happy to see you. To have a new set of teeth that are usable and very functional in daily life. I smile alot more now that I can share my beautiful teeth with everyone. If anyone questio ns their smile, come see Dr P. The staff at Federalway Clear Choice are 5 star. Each Dr. I dealt with genuinely cared about me as a client/person. They explained and answered every question in detail regarding the process, clearly . Great from the first meeting to the final set getting installed The cost for full upper lower 4post implants is really expensive, this is why only 4 star. The one place to take care of every aspect from onsite finance, x-rays, oral surgery, onsite prosthetics.. This process is long for full upper/lower implant about 6-7 months. I had issues two weeks into the procedure and i was in surgery the next day to fix at no additional cost. Parking in front of the building fills up early, plenty parking around back. Easy on/ off Highway I-5.

It has been 8 months now since I first went to ClearChoice in Federal Way. I was more than just a little apprehensive to get full mouth implants, but I knew I had to do something as I was having continuous problems with my teeth. Well, from Day 1 I have nothing but praise for the highly competent and friendly staff at ClearChoice. When I first got there I was extremely nervous and worried, but the staff was extremely reassuring and friendly. I had all of my questions answered and they made me feel relaxed. They were professional and thoughtful in accommodations that I needed. I would definitely recommend clear choice

I just received my final set of teeth today and they are absolutely beautiful! The process takes several months but everyone I dealt with at the Federal Way location could not have been any nicer or more helpful. The care they show to their patients is above and beyond what I had expected and I can honestly say that I think the end results are well worth the time and expense involved. I am so thankful for what they have done for me and I would refer anyone to them without hesitation.

This center is absolutely amazing. I have a dental phobia and was also self conscious about my smile. Everyone made me feel so comfortable during the procedure that all those thoughts and fears went out the window. Dr. Pineyro and Dr. Pakwan were so professional and caring and really put me at ease.
