After having a horrible experience at a different implant center and swearing I would never try it again, I finally decided to try Clear Choice, 6500 Emerald Parkway, Dublin. I can only say that the patient care at this location is awesome!! I have had my surgery and am in my "healing plates" now and I LOVE them! I recommend this facility to any and everyone!

I chose to go with Clear Choice from their advertising and initial consultation, with the biggest selling point being that it's a "one stop shop." One must take note, that this facility does NOT accept any insurance, so you are looking at starting $5,500, and exponentially more $$$ for anything above a single tooth implant. The people giving the consultation are commissioned sales people, which is important for making your decision whether to go with this place, or stick with your regular dentist, choose an oral surgeon, and choose your prosthedontist. If I ever had to go through this again, I would rather choose my doctors and endure the slight inconvenience of visiting multiple facilities. The techs/assistants are all very nice and attentive. The first appointment, I received a call about an hour and a half before, asking if I can come in right away, because they had overbooked. I wasn't able to, but my wait wasn't more than 30min for surgery. The oral surgeon was a young lady, who was never introduced or explained to me during the consultation or any time leading up to my appointment (she is new and not included on any of the literature yet). It would have been nice to know that the seasoned surgeon who I met during consultation would be retiring prior to my surgery. When scheduling my two follow-up appointments, I was told that the crown setting appointment may have to be rescheduled due to supply issues -- yes, the 'one stop shop' advertising is misleading, because they don't actually make the crowns in-house; they are outsourced to 3rd party, and like many other industries, supply chain disruptions are causing delays with service. I have yet to learn if this will be my experience, because that is the 4th and hopefully final time I ever have to visit this place. The day of my prosthetic appointment, I had missed a call and VM earlier, but yet AGAIN, they said they were running way behind, and asked if I could come in around 2.25hrs after my scheduled time. I could not, so they had me wait and were able to fit me in just 20min after my scheduled time.

We are always greeted by name which makes my husband and I feel more like family than a paycheck for the company. Everyone is super nice and we don't spend very long in the waiting room. When we are called back we feel like we are the only ones there and all the attention is on us. They answer all of our questions and explain everything to us ahead of them doing it and as they are doing it! They make us feel very comfortable! Even though we are Michigan fans! LOL GO BLUE!!

From the time you walk through the door, you are greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Facility is very clean and staff is friendly and willing to listen. When you are scheduled for your surgery, a date is given, and prescriptions are called into your local pharmacy. Instructions are very clear on what to expect on day of surgery. On day of surgery, all procedures are explained and IV is started. Your significant other is updated on progress every step of the way. Heart Monitor and oxygen saturation is monitored throughout procedure. You will feel very comfortable in the hands of this professional staff. I am 100% pleased that I chose ClearChoice Dental.
