From step 1 to the finish product was a great experience. The Office Staff, Dr's, Surgeon and Tech's was supportive and was with me every step of the way by answering every question and concern. From the moment I stepped in the front door at ClearChoice each and every person treated me with kindness. When I went in for my free no-obligation exam, I was certain I would endure the "hard-sell" and pressure to go through with my implants. Actually, the person who pressured me the most was my husband. I wasn't going to go through with it, but everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the process easing all my fears. Multiple financing options were also discussed and offered. Once I signed on the dotted line, the process began. I expected the level of care would drop once I had secured financing and they were paid, but it didn't. They continued to be understanding, and even during the procedure the surgeon explained everything he was going to do before he did it, also letting me know what I would feel. He was concerned with making me comfortable which I appreciated. Clearchoice was extremely accommodating with appointments working around my schedule so I didn't have to take any more time off work than necessary. Overall I don't know why I waited so long to do this as it was a very easy and smooth process. My teeth look better than expected and I couldn't be more happy! I'd definitely recommend ClearChoice if you're on the fence .

I GERALD Konieczki just got my permanent set of teeth installed today. It's been one year since I had the procedure done. I really not satisfied with this permanent set. I drink any type of liquids it runs out the side's of my mouth and when I try eating solid foods it gives me discomfort to my lower jaw and gums. When I talk with someone I spit and spay them because my teeth aren't full in mouth like the Temporary ones. I don't have that big ear to ear smile either. This New look with these teeth are unsatisfactory. I'm so disappointed and depressed over these permanent teeth I just want to put back my Temporary teeth and be done it. I'm so hurt and starting crying over these teeth. My Great Smile and Look is Gone.

Everybody there was really kind. I'm a very anxious person who's not the best at talking, but they listened to everything I said and worked with me to get the procedure done in the best way for both parties. There were some complications and a few appointments were delayed, but it wasn't anybody's fault. I will definitely recommend to others, and I will probably return for additional procedures.

I had a set of implants that were installed by another doctor 9 years ago in which the front teeth broke off (teeth were not made with right material and doctor did not account for powerful over bite). I called a couple of different places (previous doctor closed his one office and would not take my calls) and Clear Choise was the only one who would see me for a consultation. The Doctor said they will see what they can do and with in a couple of visits not only did they able to repair my old implants, but they were also able to make me a brand new set using the existing mounts (1 out of the 5 mounts was a different size). The Doctor and her team of Techs did a fabulous job with my treatment.

I would like to start by stating that I am happy that I decided to have dental implants done at Clearchoice. The services that I received were great until I encountered a problem. I understand that not all procedures go according to plan but I had unusual circumstances where I had a lot of facial swelling that took 4 to 6 weeks for the swelling to go down. After the swelling went down I still had tenderness in my top gums and although I thought it could just be still in the healing phase because it was an extensive procedure. I spoke with the Surgeon Dr. Nicholas Zawada whom was a Gem, he was very attentive to my needs following the procedure and the pain that I continued to have. I went to see him and he suggested I see a neurologist because I continued to have tenderness at the top of my mouth. Upon me having another appointment to follow-up with the Prosthodonist Dr. Diana Cuesta I made her aware of the situation that had been going on for a few months now. When they removed the implants to see how the surgery had gone I was in a lot of pain because again there was still tenderness after 4 months which was unusual and I started to moan because of the pain. I was really disappointed with the reaction of Dr. Cuesta because I have been in healthcare for over 30 years and the way I was treated after expressing I was in pain was unacceptable. I considered having the final portion of my procedure done elsewhere because I didn't like that she raised her voice out of dismay from the reaction of me stressing I was in pain. She rudely stated that "she can not work under these circumstances" and asked the person that was assisting her to numb my mouth. I felt as if my pain wasn't important to her and come to find out when they removed the implants my mouth was bleeding and they realized that the top screws in the upper part of my mouth were lodged too deep into my gums and this is what was causing the pain. I'm not stating that it was anyone's fault that this happened but what I do know is I wasn't treated like a patient should be treated when they are clearly in pain. I have put off having the second part of my procedure done because I am traumatized when it comes to having dental work done after all of the pain I endured. I spoke with Bri who works at Clearchoice and explained the situation to her and she informed me that I could have another physician from the company to complete the final stage of my dental work. Again, I love that I had the work done but I was not happy with the treatment that I received after expressing the pain I was in. Felicia Brown

Wow, how do I even begin? When my front crown broke off, I thought I was going o be stuck with no tooth for the rest of my life. The first word I can use to sum up my experience is kindness. From the moment I walked in for my first consultation, I was immediately put at ease. Bree went above and beyond to help me pick a financial plan that would work for me. When I called her to let her know I was going to be able to proceed, she was absolutely delighted for me. Dr. Cuestra walked me through all of the steps we were going to do. She has a very gentle, caring bedside(chairside?) manner. She took extra time to make sure my partial fit just right, I didn't have to settle for second best! When it came time for the oral surgery(I needed three procedures) Dr. Zawada could not have been more gentle. I was very scared going in but with his mannerism alone, I knew everything was going to be just fine. The procedure was over almost before I knew it! And now, all said and done, I have a nice new implant where I suffered from a gap in my teeth for the better part of a year. It is unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars in this review, if I could, I would give them a thousand! If I ever have further work that needs to be done, I know for sure where I am going! And If any of my friends ever need implant work, Clear Choice Downers Grove is the only place I will ever recommend! I once again thank this wonderful team for everything from the bottom of my heart!

My experience at clear choice was excellent .All the staff were so professional, with having bad teeth it's very embarrassing. Opening up about your bad smile isn't easy ,staff made me feel so comfortable. I'm always smiling now , I'm so more confident with my new healthy smile. My review of Dr Costa's Downers Grove Clear Choice Dental Office: If you must take a journey such as dental implants the Downers Grove office seemed the best reviewed and so I went there. I am 100% finished with my process and it is worth smiling about. Clear Choice lived up to its name and in particular Dr Costa's office in Downers Grove is something to consider not just for their services as a dental office but how a business or company should actually run. It is the most efficient and professional operation that I have experienced and I am a very difficult consumer to please, I do not write reviews. In this case I was compelled. Dr Costa usually addressed my stipulations before I raised them. At first I attributed everything to her Harvard pedigree and then I noticed the staff is all female and I questioned if that was it. I do not know why her office and services are so above the rest, I can just assure you that they are. Not just my opinion. I have a smile to prove it. Thanks. Michael
