A truly good experience since Dr Shahi assumed the practice about 5 years ago. Her staff is highly qualified and everything is approved by her. In many instances, she is the one performing the dental procedures.....she is hands on....she is also has a warm and caring demeanor instantly putting you at ease, and stifling any anxiety you may be experiencing....she is the best....

On Oct.2020 I signed a contract and paid $27,000.00 dollars with ClearChoice Dental Implant Center Parisa Shahi DDS Dental Corporation for the services and product of a zirconia made all 4 upper dental implants. I instead received all 6 dental implants with one implant failing. I was never notified prior to oral surgery or after that I received all 6 instead of all 4. The surgical error occurred due to unprofessional communication between the corporate owner Dr Shahi and the oral surgeon and myself. Dental implants were to be custom made to my requests in style, color, and smile. Instead the dental implants were made from a acrylic ceramic porcelain and not of zirconia a stronger durable material as stipulated in the contract. You are made under duress to sign a document stating you are happy with the product and services. All attempts to communicate by phone or emails for corporate owner Dr Shahi to respond to my concerns have failed to failed to address any of my concerns. ClearChoice, management and Dr Shahi refuse to confirm that product purchase of dental implants are of zirconia. Aside from incorrect material used to create my dental implants; implants are cracking and have made eating painful and has affected my overall physical, emotional and mental health. I have offered documented proof of my allegations to Dr Shahi. Dr Shahi refuses to acknowledge I have a legitimate claim of defective product and unprofessional services paid for and not delivered as stated in our contract. These are just a few egrigous mistakes. To this date I have not recieved any correspondence from ClearChoice Dr Shahi regarding my concerns of zirconia implants replaced by acrylic ceramic porcelain and abrogated her professional standards in this bait and switch false advertising scheme

I went to clearchoice dental today and Julie helped me With my consultation she was extremely patient and Kind. I never met someone like her she helped me With process and she answered all my questions and came up With a plan for me. I can go home happy with hope to get my New mile. I had one of the most beautiful appointments today after 5 years coming here in Daly City. First and foremost to my Dr Shahi, she is the best Doctor I've ever met and from surgery day to cleaning appointments every year my smile and teeth are amazing. I have so much more confidence in life making people smile and laugh in this ever changing life. Secondly my Filipina assistant that does all my cleanings, fittings in the beginning and now taken great care while she performs outstanding work on my teeth needs a compliment of serving customers with the utmost service quality ever. July of 2018 will forever have a special meaning in my life. This was the year I decided to do whatever it took in order to find me. Taking the elevator up to the 3rd floor was the scariest ride I've ever been on because once those doors open, I had to share my story with a group of strangers in a place I've never been before. Julie was the first smile that greeted me as I nervously announced my appointment time. Her warm and inviting voice echoed the room as she asked if I wanted some water while I waited. As I sat across Dr. Parisa Shahi for the first time, my heart shattered on her desk exposing years of feeling worthless and less than because of my appearance. Dr. Shahi witnessed the hauntings of my past relationships as I allowed them to bury me as a woman and replaced my identity for their opinions. Clear Choice at 455 Hickey Blvd in Daly City are the best people and the only people I would ever trust to do the job that they did to change the rest of my life and no matter how big or how small they are there at my beck and call and whatever they're doing for me it's always done 110%. Before you see anybody you must go through there receptionist (Julie) and she's the one who makes everything happen as quickly as she can and she's really get's it all done. It has been over 6 months after my last appointment since I went home with my new dental implants, I have to say I am enjoying my family gatherings and loving life. I was hiding myself for a couple of years and have missed weddings, birthdays and gatherings all due to my teeth. I was feeling depressed and was tired of hiding. That all changed when I called Clear Choice. I felt very welcome at Dr. Parisa Shahi's office in Daly City. Dr. Shahi has such a friendly staff starting with Julie, who greeted me everytime I came in. The whole entire staff is so warm and caring including Dr. Sandler along with Estella, who was most so gentle with me on the start of my procedure and he followed up with a call to see how I was after each surgery. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for handling a big baby like me. I recommend if you are feeling down because of your teeth, don't wait any longer pick up the phone and call their office in Daly City. Like I said, for the past 6 months I am CLEARLY enjoying my Life. I am smiling, showing my teeth, laughing and best of all eating all kinds of foods. Food tastes so much better now, I love that I can bite into corn, eat an apple, enjoy veggies and best of all eat meat, because I can chew my foods. I am much happier and a bit heavier, but so glad I called Clear Choice, they have changed my life for the better!

Clear Choice Daly City... Staff is so polite and caring. They make coming in so cozy. Starting with Julie, as she's knows everyone who walks thru that door and greets them by name, scheduling is a breeze. To sitting in a room with Estela or Mya they make coming in so fun never a DULL moment. Mario is also awesome. Thank You to the awesome doctors from the beginning process to the surgery process. All I can say is Dr P gave me my life back she is such a beautiful person inside and out I'm so happy I came to clear choice that was the best decision I could of ever made for myself I had very low self esteem and I mastered smiling with my eyes because I had only 6 teeth at the bottom I would smile and it would be a half smile but now I have pleasure in smiling and don't feel ashamed or embarrassed I love you Dr.P thanks for everything
