ClearChoice is awesome. Everyone was polite ,professional and friendly. They pay attention to detail and make sure you are comfortable with your decision. Michele make sure I know my next appointment and she does it with a smile. I did my research and I'm glad I chose ClearChoice. I would recommend ClearChoice above anyone. They have been doing this for a long time and I believe they are the best in the business, they are pricy but you get what you pay for. I will give ClearChoice an 11 because they went above and beyond. Thank you ClearChoice for giving me a smile that I never had and let me gain a new level of self confidence. I'm a change man. What a wonderful experience I had with Clearchoice! The staff is professional but also funny and friendly. I had almost no pain! Recovery was quick and I was back to work in just a few days. I was initially concerned about cost but believe me it's worth every penny. I have my smile and confidence back. Shout out to Fabian for taking such good care of me.

I was poisoned by their dental implant stain due to their incorrect procedure. The stain contains benzene a known cancer agent. They have decided to change my contract with them after having paid for the acrylic arches after 1 year. Several of my files they have changed. They now refuse to do what our original contract stated.

Thank you so much for one of the best experience's of my life. From the moment I stepped in I was very well taken care of, the staff shows a passion towards their work and making everything perfect. I have my life back again and it is a relief and happiness that is beyond words. Going into surgery they made me as comfortable as I could be having my family with me waiting in a very nice private room. It was just like they said it would be. I felt safe, and when the great reveal came all the employees came in to see and celebrate with me. It was wonderful. The front desk to the back surgery center was amazing.

As a mom , I was skeptical, very hesitant about implants for my son, even at his age you never stop being a mother and all you ever want is the best for your children. His is a Cinderella story literally.. Step 1: Where do I begin with my gratitude for the wonderful team/people at Clear Choice (CC) - Dallas. From my first encourter with Michelle at the front desk - she gave me a warm welcome and a beautiful first impression which made a lasting impression - which speaks volumes. Thank you Michelle!! Step 2: Once I interviewed Clear Choice with regards to my mouth history and ending desires I had for my mouth/smile - we all agreed that I was at the right place because I was at dental exhaustion within my mouth and implants (full upper/lower) were the route to go. In that meeting I had the pleasure of meeting/talking with Dr. Alfaro (another great first impression) regarding how she could assist the lab experts on creating and designing my award winning teeth. Step 3: Surgery day was a bit anxious for me but I was eager at the same time. Stepahanie and Dr. Krieger's team were superb. Everything was on time and the surgery was successful (23 teeth pulled, 10 implants, and a pretty nice set of surgical teeth) were screwed into my mouth when I left that day. It was a long day no question (6am to 7pm). First couple of days after surgery did not come with pleasure expecially when I tried to smile and giggle when family members told me I looked like a swollen chipmunk. However, I followed every direction Stephanie/Dr. K gave me and the discomfort/pain was bearable (at least for me). I believe a good mindset is important: I went into this whole experience with readiness and an outlook that everything would go just as it was supposed to and in the end I would have a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile to top it off. Step 4: Now, let's read/talk about "my" Sarah and Dr. Alfaro. I clung to Sarah like a baby clings to a favorite blankie - I only wanted Sarah. I love these ladies so much. Sarah & Dr. Alfaro listened to me, took the best care of me, treated me with such kindness. They took time to get to know me and how I like things - they never rushed their time with me. I believe we had a true respect for one another. Their coaching on the shape of the teeth and gum palate were spot on. My first test-drive set of teeth were so well done I didn't want to give them back. Don't get me wrong, yes we had to make some tweaks/adjustments along the way but it was a great experience even through that. Let me give a huge shout-out to the folks in the lab, you care and that is evident. Thank you for what you do! Step 5: Fast forward to now and my end result: My zarconia's are stunning. B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L! My mouth/implants are healthy. Clear Choice-Dallas has a top notch team (everyone) and I highly recommend them! One more special shout out to: Dr Krieger, Michelle, Sarah & Dr. Alfaro - thank you with my whole heart! I am so grateful to be writing a wonderful review experience. I will recommend you to anyone who seeks this type of dental care. Don't ever compromise doing the right thing for folks. Step 6: Look forward to going back every six (6) months for my cleanings (with Vincent) and seeing everyone! It's the only dental experience in my 58 years that I have ever looked forward to. Negative Star Reviews are not yet an option. They have absolutely ruined my Mom's life. Her health significantly declined after semi-permanents (that were supposed to be permanents) were set in place after the staining wasn't cured properly. It has taken over 4 months to receive (after several attempts) the chemicals used in their stain to find out what could have poisoned my Mom during the insertion. I will also add, the "Dr" explained that the "marbling" that was present on the material before they placed it in her mouth was, "cleaning solution". Even after my Mom stating there was a heavy chemical taste, smell, and immediate dry mouth, she was informed by the "Dr" the issue would resolve in 2 days. From December 6th to February 20th (approximately) my Mom lost a total of 40lbs, and has continued to decline daily. Nothing else changed in her life other than the day we believe she was poisoned by the Staining. It is now April 12th, this is the 18th visit (maybe more counting the broken implant material, "pink" denture like material, and even the teeth material have fallen out, I lost count), and her health is still not even close to a point she might get better. I am not a Doctor nor a Chemist, but by basic logical deduction, the only thing that could have cause my Mom's decline is from the improper curing of a rather volatile staining (i.e poisoned her unintentionally), which up to December 6th, the lack of knowledge about their products was already rather underwhelming, as well as the "fake" attitudes you are so welcomed with, I haven't even mentioned how they left my Mom in a bathroom immediately after surgery, then 4 hours later when we wondered what was going on sitting in the "recovery room", I had to hunt down the receptionist to see what happened next, which then I was informed she was supposed to be given ice the ENTIRE TIME, and never left alone, especiallyin the bathroom. I can promise you this is not just a "bitter" review, these are facts, which to be quite honest infuriate me to even type this out, but PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW NOT TO EVER USE CLEAR CHOICE DALLAS - EVER! You or your loved ones might be ready to take the huge leap to transition from dentures to full implants, and I whole heartedly express with the utmost sincerity, Go Anywhere Else. Please. No one else should have to go through this, ever!

My husband and I both were clients of Dr Gabrielle Jackson at the facility on Rambler Road in Dallas. We absolutely adore and love Dr Gabby and her assistant Alicia, as well as the Texh Vincent. I am done with my procedure and Dr Gabby was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quite a perfectionist! Alicia has been there for 10 years and her personality and dental expertise was also impeccable. Sadly, my husband is not through his procedure and he is awaiting his finals. Unbeknown to us we recently learned that Dr Jackson has been released involuntary of hee job because "she did not fit in with the culture of the office". Dr Jackson, Alicia and Vincent are all persons of color. This is beyond deplorable and racist or the inter office politics are unethical as hell. Dr Gabby is being replaced by a friend of another dr in the office, Dr Maria. (Hispanic) No good comes to those who hate. It's unfortunate that Dr Jackson was dismissed not because of poor performance but because she didn't "fit in". This is disgusting. After we get my husband"s final pair, we WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in that office again. More so, will not patronize or recommend Clear Choice to anyone. Extremely disappointed, Mrs Missy Murray

My mom has been a patient since 2013 and has received excellent care and service. Dr. Maria Alfaro is extremely attentive and knowledgeable! Vincent Nguyen has been her Hygienist for the past few years and she always enjoys her experience, he is also very knowledgeable and caring!

I can not get over how absolutely amazing Clear Choice has been for me. Having issues with my teeth since I was young, I did not get the luck of the gene pool. Then 2 pregnancy that took their toll on my body. It has been one domino affect after another that left me terrified of even walking into a dentist office. Immediately from talking to the beautiful ladies at the front desk over the phone, of the Dallas location, all they way to New Smile Day! Has been such a blessing for me. Gary never leaving my side walking me through each step of the journey as my consultant, to Cindy the assistant who held my hand, gave me hugs, made sure I was comfortable all day. Truly the best staff of experts, doctors, nurses etc. Wonderful people all the way around. Thank you for giving me my smile back today! Thank you for the tears of pure joy! My 11 year daughters reaction being the best. She has never seen me fully smile. Lots of first around my home, who ever knew a smile could me that much.

From the minute you enter the office, you are surrounded by the nicest and most professional staff we have ever met in any business ever! Each and every person there is genuinely kind and considerate and goes out of their way to help you feel comfortable and knowledgeable. No question is treated as if it is unimportant.
