The journey started in April 2022 on my sister's birthday. Finishing up on my daughter's birthday, what an Amazing ride I had. I am so glad I came to this place. It really is a one day procedure. Hey gove you come in for a consultation first and explain everything and show you a video. They pull your teeth, put in the posts, and then put in your temp teeth. Of course they assign you meds for the pain. They are wonderful. I broke my Temps twice and they fit me in to fix them with no argument. I came for my final teeth yesterday and they gave me my temp teeth, my molds and they also make bite plates for sleeping in at night. The place is very clean. I get alot of compliments and it is a ego booster. They even let you pick out the size of the teeth you want along with the collar of the teeth. If you want to look and feel great , come to Clear Choice. You won't regret it. Show off your beautiful teeth and Smile !!!!!!

I am more than half way through this process, I have a full set of implants, and I've never had a better healthcare experience. Every person I have had contact with has been so kind so respectful and so professional. If you are reading this review searching for an implant site--let me say this-- you will not find a better office than the White Marsh site!!! Thank you!

I planned on getting implants and put down a $1,000 deposit which they took out of my bank account right away, but I was unfortunately unable to go forward with the procedure so I asked for the deposit to be refunded to my account. Not only does the white marsh location not have a direct phone number, so when you call you get transferred to every location but the white marsh one, they also don't return calls or give you any kind of update if you're looking for your money to be refunded. It's been 5 months since I put down this deposit and no one seems to want to answer the phone to help me clear things up to get my $1,000 deposit back.

The team at ClearChoice is like extended family they constantly ask how I'm doing. They are true professionals and they exemplify quality customer service. They' take their time to explain every step and let's you know what to expect. I worked as a manager for over 30 years and I wish I had a staff like the staff at ClearChoice. From my view looking from the outside I see a culture that should be held up as a good site to train other sites for training best practices in this field. Run! Don't waste your time. As a psychologist, I could see straight through their games and trickery. They try to lure people in with fake smiles and a clean office. Then show you a video with phony reviews. (I'm suspicious when people only show good reviews.) There's a lot of bad reviews online though. I was weary at 'hello" but when they put my x-ray up on the TV in the room I was in and the Dr came in to "discuss" it then left...I know that psychology trick...or "selling tactic" as they try to play on people's insecurities. I asked for a treatment plan, itemized on the way out...they handed me a piece of paper that just had the price on it. So by 1 x-ray and meeting the doc for 4 minutes, she knows what I need done but can't provide me with the itemized plan? No thanks.

This is the dentist office you want! Everyone is absolutely amazing, starting from the front desk with Emily. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I spoke to her. She was helpful, responsive, and resourceful. The dentist, techs and everyone involved were all kind and had no problem explaining how everything worked. They took their time to make me feel like a normal personal rather than a dollar sign. You can't go wrong with this office; make the call now.

After 1.5 years of struggling to make the decision to go to Clear Choice I finally made it in today. My biggest fear was how will I pay for it? After watching the success stories and commercials seeing how warm and friendly the staff are there I called. The lady on the phone said they will work hard for you to make sure your treatment will be a success. My appointment was at 2:30pm today so I called to apologize that i couldn't make it in the 15 minutes earlier but I will be there at 2:30pm. My son and I got there at 2:32pm. Well friendly I didn't see. When I came in. I wanted to say I'm sorry for being a couple minutes late but the girl at the front cut me off and just tossed the paperwork & pen at me and said yea yea just fill this out. They never said another word to me. My son and I sat there for and hour and 5 minutes and not one time did anyone say anything to us. They just let us sit out there. Other appointments were walking in. Two other. We decided to leave. I was so disappointed and so deflated. My son knew I felt sad about this. If they would have just acknowledged us and said something to us but to leave new patients out there waiting like that I took a half a day off of work to go up there.
