Dr. David McIntyre grew up in a small farming community in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. After receiving a degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, Dr. McIntyre returned to Virginia where he attended Virginia Commonwealth Universitys School of Dentistry. Dr. McIntyre graduated in 2011 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) and soon after moved to Texas with his family.
After practicing in the San Antonio and New Braunfels areas Dr. McIntyre, his wife and their two daughters fell in love with Kyle and decided to put down roots in this great community and opened Clear Springs Family Dentistry.
Meet Sarah, she will be the face you see when you come into our office. Sarah has been in dentistry for over 23 years and she has a passion for dentistry. She has lived in the Buda/Kyle area for over 15 years. She and her husband have 3 grown kids and 3 grandchildren. She and her husband own Shugabees BBQ located in Buda.
Have you ever met someone who makes you feel like theyve known you for years? Our Rachael is one of those special people! Originally from Delaware, Rachael moved to Texas and joined our dental team in 2014 where her bright personality and excellent dental skill set is greatly valued. Rachael is a master at providing a comfortable environment for her patients to receive not just a tooth polishing, but a comprehensive, holistic oral health treatment plan. She also can help answer any questions you might have about getting straighter teeth with clear aligners, or pearly whites with our in house whitening programs.
Outside of work, Rachael loves to travel, go to the beach and supports the Johnson High School marching band and football team (her husband is one ofthe band directors). She also loves spending time with her two kiddos and husband in their hometown of Buda.
Cecily has been assisting in various areas of dentistry over the last 9 years, She spent 2 years teaching dental assisting at a dental school in Kyle Texas. Cecily specializes in comforting her patients with high anxiety while providing the highest quality of care during their entire visit to our office.
When Cecily is not in the office, she spends her time with her Husband Michael and their beautiful daughters, and two dogs Axel and Kratos. Some of her Favorite things include Al Pastor tacos, Elote, Road trips with her family, great music, BBQs and family movie nights.
Crystal loves to put patient comfort first, and prides herself on making even the most nervous patients feel right at home. When shes not swapping fun stories with visitors to the office and providing excellent dental care, she loves to go camping with her family, craft, and find amazing deals on Amazon.

I do not recommend Dr. David McIntyre DDS. During my cleaning and his examination of my teeth he failed to diagnosis a serious problem. He admitted he had to look at his dental training books and still didn't diagnosis my problem or refer me to a Periodontists. I went to anther dentist and was immediately diagnosed with external resorption. I was immediately referred to a periodontist. My dentist could not believe Dr McIntyre did not refer me 7 months ago or take the situation seriously. Be warned if you see Dr. McIntyre and he has to look at his school books, and still can't diagnosis the dental problems, he's not a good dentist.

Great Dental office! I went with my 5 and 7 year old daughters and the hygienist was super friendly and engaging with them. I would highly recommend them!

Do you like to be treated like a number and be rushed in and out of the office? If you do then this isn't the place for you. They have a very personable and professional staff even when compared to Pre-Covid standards. Impressive right? I thought so too. That said what I appreciated the most was their thoroughness, yes even more than watching Netflix while having my dental health upgraded. Thanks CSFD team!

Dr McIntyre is a wonderful and very professional dentist, Rachel the dental hygienist was also very professional and friendly. Unfortunately the front desk help on Friday July 15, was not helpful and did not seem to believe me that I had insurance and had been coming to this dentist office since before David McIntyre bought the practice, over 20 years.

I made an appointment for my son and I and told them if anything opened up sooner than when we were scheduled, to let me know. I was contacted more than a couple of times to accommodate this request and finally got a date that worked out with our schedule and my son got seen 2 weeks earlier than his original appointment. From the front desk to Dr. McIntyre, the staff here made a wonderful impression. I am very happy with the care given to my son and I'm happy to have found a dentist for my family.

2020 Always great experience, he knows you and you know him, its a personal relationship, unlike those chain offices that change staff so regularly Jeff 2021 Again this year another great experience can't say enough about these guys they're great Jeff 2022 As always cannot say enough about the friendly atmosphere and their personal touch, when you there you are family!

Crystal is the best! She makes me feel so comfortable, its hard to believe I am at the dentist's office sometimes! And, Dr.Mac explained everything and prioritized the work I needed so I did what was most critical and waited on what was not critical. And Sarah is amazing, she is the insurance master!

My visit to Clear Springs Dentistry was awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was easy to talk to and they made me feel comfortable. Dr. McIntyre was considerate of my feelings and concerns. The exam was detailed, he took his time and came up with a treatment plan. He explained all treatments available for my issues and offered his professional advice for what would be the best course of action. I highly recommend Clear Springs Dentistry.
