BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT I was referred to this Endo by my dentist for a cracked crown. I have insurance and they requested $125 payment UPFRONT for consultation. I paid if but not happy about it. I contacted my insurance to see if claim was paid and they said yes except 1 X-ray (which DR. Sam office did) had previously been done previously this year. I guess my dentist office this. Insurance said that refund should be $102.00 .Dr. Sam did another Test that his office said could not bill insurance and that they would deduct from my refund my refund would be $70.00. Very fraudulent to me. I am a widowed senior on a fixed income.

My tooth broke off and I was having severe nerve pain, I went to my dentist and they told me I needed a root canal that day and called clear lake endo and they fit me in right away. It was later in the afternoon when I got to my appointment, I was seen quickly and Dr Sam examined me right away. I was worried about waiting to get the procedure since I had to work the rest of the week and I knew I couldn't handle the pain. So Dr Sam and his staff got me in that day and started the procedure at 4pm and even stayed late to finish it. I'm day 2 post root canal and I only have the expected soreness, no nerve pain or sensitivity. Thank you to every staff member from front desk to the back for sacrificing your own time to take excellent care of me and to Dr Sam for making sure I wouldn't have to leave in pain.

Patient: Beverly Johnston. I had to have a re-do root canal. Everything went great. Dr Qamar was very professional and personable. He was very thorough and explained everything he would be doing. He would ask me how I was doing during the procedure and let me know what to expect. All staff were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr is rude to employees, I was never given any time sheet showing my hours I worked. I was short my last check almost $200 and I asked for proof of my hours and pay never got it.

I will not recommend this endodontics office, in fact, I would suggest to everyone look for somewhere else. Consultation fee is $125, retreatment fee is $1550. After the root canal retreatment with Dr.Qamar, I was in pain. I thought that was normal, and the pain will eventually be going away. My pain was getting stronger and worsened every single day. My infection never went away. My treatment with Dr. Qamar failed. I went back to Dr.Qamar's office and seeking for his help. He only did the root canal treatment to me, nothing else, and I was hoping as a professional endodontics, he can do other treatments to help me out. Such as removing the infected tissues? At least something to help me out. I went back on 5/5/2022, was been told that he couldn't do anything to help me and referred me to Periodontist. I went to the receptionist asked for partial refund since my treatment failed in the first place. Receptionist told me that the treatment was completed and it was my problem that my body did heal from the infection. She told me that they only gave out partial refunds if the doctor opens the tooth, and found fracture and he couldn't complete the treatment, then I will receive a partial refund ONLY in that situation. I went two different dental office for the last 3 days, seeking for consultation for my infected tooth. Both doctors from 2 different offices told me the same thing , that the tooth was so bad and I should've have it extracted, why would I even go through the root canal re-treatment in the first place? I told them the situation regarding my endodontics treatment. They told me that depending on the doctors and offices, most of the honest doctors will honor the partial refund because of the fact that my treatment was failed in the first place. He didn't save my tooth! And my tooth have to be extracted. I was there and paid them to save my tooth. They did not. Okay, I understand the fact that he can't work for nothing. That's reasonable and understandable. That's why I am asking for partial refund. I can't paid that much money for nothing either! That was absolutely NOTHING! No help on my tooth at all! I ended up with had my tooth extracted yesterday. They really gets people on those consent forms. I signed the consent forms and therefore, no refunds will be issue. Even my treatment failed in the first place. And they just blamed on it was my body's issue not their treatment's problem. Isn't the fact that treatment didn't working out so my body giving the response of continuing in infection with terrible pains and unable to recover? Be aware, if you have terrible tooth infection, take into consideration that this office don't do like other endodontics do, he only does root canal treatment, and if it fails, you lost all your money and they won't even able to help you on anything like other endodontics does. Apicoectomy is usually what every endodontics can perform in addition to tooth canal to save your tooth by removing the infected tissues. Which when they pushed me away for periodontist, I asked why can't they do anything else to help me other than the root canal, they told me they don't do anything surgery related. If the chances of saving my tooth is less likely, why the doctor still continue treats me with root canal treatment? You are the pro, if condition is too bad, why can't you be honest and tell me to extract my tooth, instead of continuing my treatment to get my money? When the treatment failed, then you are blaming my body didn't heal and it is my problem. Not your responsibility? To End of my pain & depressing story, I couldn't get any partial refund from them, my hard working money was tossed away for absolutely NOTHING, didn't even get one day relief from my tooth pain. They didn't save my tooth and took all my money and they don't provide any help other than root canal. If root canal failed, not working out, then you are screwup like me. And my tooth was extracted. :( Read my story, compared to your situation, then decided if you still want to go with them.

I had a root canal done in one of my molars, Dr. Qamar did an awesome job, the whole procedure was painless and after the procedure I had minimal to no pain at all. Pain from root canals is a thing of the past , definitely I will be going there again.

First time ever I had a painless experience with a dentist or endodontist, from consultation thru procedure. 100% painless. To increase the margins for a good prognosis: (1) His special equipment and training give him the capability to use fluid dynamic and soundwave techniques that work in unison to remove bacteria, debris and and compromised tissue. This is far better and gentler than a standard root canal. (2) His experience allows him to assess fractures and strategically provide optimal structure to the tooth during the repair, making every effort to save the tooth. (3) His technique allows painless introduction of novocaine and he has the experience to choose the optimal numbing locations for your unique situation. (4) Emphasizes cleanliness and process to his staff. And great staff.

I had a root canal done here with the Gentle Wave and it was the most painless dental experience I've ever had! The only pain I felt was when the doc injected the numbing medicine. I would give 5 stars but I waited an hour to be seen which pushed my other appointments out by an hour. Appointment was at 10am, didn't sit in chair until 11am. Great place, highly recommend!

Dr Sam and his staff did a great job. Not like anyone brags about these things but I had my first root canal down with Dr. Sam about 3 years ago. When my dentist said I would need to do another for a different tooth, told her I want Dr. Sam again. Everything went so well that I even fell asleep during the procedure no laughing gas was used. Pre-procedure consultation and post-procedure follow-up we're all very good. Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Qamar and his staff are very attentive and caring. I had a root canal with Gentle Wave and it went smoothly. The initial numbing shots were hardly felt at all, thanks to the numbing gel and Dr. Q's skill. Honestly, the only thing that hurt was keeping my mouth open for so long. Thanks for taking care of me!

Very nice experience. Staff and Doctor were all very professional. The doctor made sure I was comfortable during my root canal and I had no pain during or after the procedure. I have deep roots so it took a while but I felt the doctor was very skilled and thorough even though I had no clue what was going on. If I or anyone else in my family needs a root canal we will be using Dr.Qamar again.

Dr.Adams my general dentist sent me to a wonderful Endodontist! I never felt the shots and NO PAIN AT ALL DURING MY ROOT CANAL ! I went Back to Dr. Adams to get my build up and my crown the same day he finished my root canals under my bridge! Dr. Qumar made such small holes to do my root canals Through my old zirconium bridge, that Dr. Adams was still able to save my bridge. I highly recommend Dr. Qumar and his friendly staff! And the price was wonderful compared to other endodontists . Dr. Qumar and his friendly staff are very professional and very clean, and I had no worries about catching Covid or anything in his office. I am so very happy that he saved my upper teeth and my bridge and now I don't have to have a denture. Thank you, Dr Qumar !
