The staff and doctor was amazing! I worked in the dental field for 20 years, so I am very picky. Highly recommend them!

Polite people and only do what is necessary, no added fluff just to increase revenue. A great place if you need this type of oral care.

Not up front in pricing. Customer beware. I have Delta Dental and paid $596 out of pocket the day I was seen. I was told this was my cost above and beyond insurance. That money, $596, needed to be paid before my one root canal would be done. I accepted that cost as my tooth really hurt and I understand specialized skill has to be paid for. They had my insurance information and informed me this was my cost after running my insurance. That was in 12/2021. Now on 9/20/2022 I received a bill from them for an additional $580 dollars. Yes you are reading this correctly, a bill, my first bill, 9 months after my care??! Something seemed off so I called and they explained I do owe even with Delta Dental payments another $580 dollars?? 9 months later?! Strange, shady and not clear at the time I saw them. My root canal was fine...good work but they are endodontist not dentist so my opinion is that it should be good work. No one was overly friendly which you would think they would be since the bill was $1,360.00 dollars for one uncomplicated root canal. $596 I paid up front another, $200 dollars Delta Dental paid and now another $584 dollars they would like me to pay in addition 9+ months later. Watch out. Price things out. An hour of dental care should not cost this much nor come with surprise bills for a lot of money 9 months later when you have insurance.

I was referred to Dr Stratton by my dentist for a same day emergency root canal. Being that it is a Friday right before a holiday weekend, I thought I would be in excruciating pain until next week but Dr Stratton was able to get me in just hours after the call. The experience was pretty much painless and very quick. I'm so thankful I got the relief I needed asap. Thank you again Dr Stratton!

I really liked the doctor and those that helped me during my root canal. Front desk - or whomever answers the phones (takes payment) is extremely rude. I paid a bill over the phone and she sounded annoyed to have to deal with me. She took my info, said she'd run it and immediately hung up on me without offering a receipt or any kind of confirmation number for the payment. Not even the courtesy of a goodbye.

I was able to make an appointment on a Thursday for Monday for a failed root canal. I was in pain on Friday but Tylenol and ibuprofen were holding it o.k. After a very painful and miserable Saturday day and night. I called on Sunday to see if they could possibly help me that day. The answer was a very kind yes from Dr. Stratton and the procedure was quick and hardly any pain at all. Way more comfortable than any other dental procedure I have had-especially other root canal work. I would give Dr. Stratton 10 stars if I could!

If you have delta dental be aware that they only take premier which makes the patients OOP alot higher than other dentist offices. They don't tell you that over the phone.. Do your home work!

They were nice, friendly and professional. they dont apparently look at the tooth when they do a root canal, they just drill right throught a crown if you have one, so i have used an entire years worth of dental insurance, missed work, and $700+ on a tooth for a root canal that was apparently dead and I now have to pay to have removed. No one tells you what to expect. it is going to be min 4 appointments to get the work done because you then have to go back to your primary dentist for three crown or filling. The work done and people were very kind but i am more than frustrated with the outcome.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental team is absolutely fantastic. I was freaking out about getting a root canal, and everyone was happy to answer all of my questions and explain what to expect and what was happening. I ended up needing an extraction instead, and Dr Newcomb was incredibly empathetic and helped me make the decision that was best for me without any pressure. He was happy to let me crank up my headphones so I couldn't hear what was going on. His assistant was so caring and kind on a really emotional day for me. The office staff clearly explained my bill ahead of time as well. I hope I never have to go back but Clear Creek Endo is amazing!!

Doc would not accommodate my disability and would not wear a mask. Seriously unkind when I discussed my disability and described how his practice was more important and he was only concerned with his physical health and his practice. Suggested I have root canal with his partner even though!!!!-the next endodontist at another office, Dr Mark Wood (amazing on the opposite spectrum), said my tooth was dead and a root canal was useless. So-Clear Creek doc was Rude! Disrespectful to me and compromised situation and wanted to take my money even when my tooth could not be saved.

This office did not check Benifits before the procedure for my husband. They said they were in network and checked my Benifits, but then I get a 1400$ bill. We paid almost 400$ the day of procedure, which is double then we would have paid with. Our insurance. I spoke to the dr about this, and how his staff had lied about checking our Benifits, delta dental keeps record of when offices call in, they called in the day I called about the bill. I told the dr I would not be paying this due to his staff negligence and we paid more than what we should have. We were agreed. Now 2 years later, I'm getting calls non stop from creditors, UNACCEPTABLE. I do not recommend this office because they lied to us!!!
