I have been going to this Dentist for a couple of years now, the Dr and the hygienist are awesome. They are welcoming and so kind. The front desk needs some help on customer service. I've met some front desk employees that have been very helpful. But the last person I dealt with should not be in that position. She's rude, she's not helpful and I'm honestly not surprised that she hasn't been slapped, not by me. Just an observation. But if I return then hopefully I won't have to deal with this horrible person. Also I will be telling the people I know who go here about my experience. Mark S.

I had my routine cleaning today, and had SARAH as my hygienist. She was wonderful! Was quick, thorough, gentle and did a great job!

I had a wonderful experience! The hygienist was super kind and informative, Dr. Knecht was very easy to understand and incredibly nice, and the front office, Morgan and Christian (hope I remembered the names correctly, sorry if not) went the extra mile helping get my insurance figured out, all the while being very patient and understanding. I hadn't been into a dentist in a long while, and Clear Creek Dental has done a flawless job in easing my concerns and hesitations. 10/10.

This place has really fallen off the edge with their service. I have been going there for at least 10 years and really like Dr. Knecht but that is about their only saving grace. I told my wife to go see them and they made her wait over an hour so she ended up walking out. I had a cleaning appointment that I needed to cancel because of a last minute work trip. Called back to reschedule and was told they couldn't get me in till February! I was told that "most people schedule at the time of their last cleaning." Which I took as pretty patronizing because I obviously know that and have been doing that for the last 10 years but this was a special circumstance. I don't think she even looked at my account or tried to make something work, given I have been going to them for a long time. I told her that I guess I would find a new dentist and she said..."well I am sorry for any inconvenience that may cause." Also a very short sighted thing to say. I would recommend staying away from this dentist until they figure out how to treat long time customers. The doctor is great and always tries to remember something personal about me, but the front line employees are not giving the same level of service.

Terrible treatment of existing patients. They have NO time for emergency dental issues. They refer to Comfort Dental. Better not have a tooth ache! The soonest they can see you is a month out! Ridiculous! I'm leaving this dentistry!

Came in to get a filling fixed. In the same visit, ended up getting several other fillings redone, residual glue from braces removed, and a sharp point filed down. Shout out to Vicki, undoubtedly the nicest dental nurse(?) I've ever had the pleasure of getting work from.

I had multiple poor experiences at this office, and I wouldn't go back there even if someone paid me to. I needed the bonding replaced on a front tooth that has a chip in the corner. The last time it was bonded, it lasted 20 years. I thought we were on the same page, but when the day came, they wanted to shave the whole tooth off and put on a crown, even though the tooth is over 75% there. When I realized what was happening I insisted that they only replace the bonding. They were short with me after that, and the girl that replaced the bonding did a terrible job. She filed down the backs of my front teeth so that they were rough and now stain easily, added globs of bonding to my other front teeth so they looked like they were dripping, and the bonding on my front tooth that needed replacing was so poorly done that my tooth split in half within a week. They fixed the split tooth for free, but then when I asked about my other front teeth (globs of bonding on the front and sandpaper texture on the back) i was advised this was "normal" and "fine". It was not fine, I was devastated. They also don't seem to keep any record of what is discussed in prior appointments and so will not know who you are or why you are there.

If i could rate 0 stars I would; I don't know if they are paying people for all these 5 star reviews or what but this place is just absolutely awful. My wife has gone here 4 times, but they've only ever worked on her once. Each time she comes, she arrives 15 minutes before her appointment, yet she waits for an hour and a half before anyone talks to her. Maybe it's because she's a medicaid patient and they think less of her?? She had n appointment in June, which they canceled 30 minutes after she arrived, rather than calling her in the morning. She rescheduled for yesterday, took off work early, waited an hour and a half, just for the receptionist to send her home. This is ridiculous and we will NOT be coming here again. Please take my advice and take your business elsewhere, they clearly don't know how to schedule staff and patients and make us pay the price.

I had a seal on tooth 31done 7 years ago and they called me back in to get it fixed but I got busy, failed to come back in but 7 years later, I came back in and Alex(the primary Dentist) fixed me up and resealed it at NO COST! Wow, they were friendly, Very professional every step of the way. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!!

Even though I don't like the dentist, the team here makes it the most comfortable it can be for me. The head dentist, and Sandy (hygienist) are seriously the best. Even the front desk is patient & delightful. From fillings, to cleanings this dentistry is my go to. Thank you everyone!

Do NOT go here. I went in with a toothache and they made it ten times worse. I had to go to the ER at 3 this morning with the most excruciating pain I've ever been in because Clear Creek Dental botched filling a cavity.

I've had bad dentists for a while until I came here! All of the staff were so nice and made me feel completely comfortable I've never been so comfortable at a dentist office in a very long time. The staff are amazing!!! And so was the dentist!!! Much appreciation for the staff and doctor!!!

Dr. Knecht is the best dentist I've ever had. I guess I had bad luck my whole life until I came to clear Creek. Dentists never told me there were other options for my teeth, even though I had been practically begging them over many, many years. I went to places which made mistakes. Painful ones. I was always anxious and painful. Never again. This is the best place. The staff are kind and gentle. I'm slowly starting to lose the anxiety that's been haunting me from bad dentists my whole life. I don't care if I move to another country, I will only come back here for any and all dental work.

I have severe gum disease that I have dealt with since I was a teenager. I've had multiple deep cleaning done throughout my life. I went to a dental office (not this one) for a full exam and to have my wisdom teeth removed only 6 months ago. Their plan was to do a deep clean and irrigation. The usual treatments that dentists want to do on me. I went to clear creek to get my deep clean procedure started or maybe even a consult because I know they haven't seen my teeth before (the other dentist was too far from my office so I thought I'd try it out) the doctor was GREAT! Very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I asked him about my bone loss. He said I do have some but he believes my teeth will be okay as long as I stay on top of my cleanings. Once the doctor walked out. The hygienist said "he was just being nice. You have severe bone loss." She then talked about removing my bottom teeth and getting a bridge put in. I am only 26 years old!!! After that she talked about needing gum flap surgery and a bunch of other things. I walked out in tears and cried the whole way home. Especially since I've already had two dentists say my bone loss is not severe...yet. Now I'm conflicted on going back to finish my treatment plan. I really wanted to like this dentist.
