Dr Nikki and team are great! She's helped me get back on track with a healthy smile in a friendly environment. She does a wonderful job laying out all the options for corrective work and has excellent referrals for oral surgery when needed. Highly recommended!

I had a bad experience with this team. I was in need of a crown and visited this office because of the suggestion of dental comfort. During the procedure I experienced pain from lack of numbing. (Some people numb at different rates.) The dentist and assistant actually said they didn't believe me and proceeded despite my protests. They withheld a final shot of numbing agent because I "couldn't possibly need it." (When they finally gave it, it was like heaven.) It was a pretty traumatic experience. I also ultimately required a root canal because the team missed part of the cavity and sealed it under the new crown. I'm giving a low star rating. Ultimately needing a root canal was not necessarily their fault--that could have been the outcome under any circumstance. It was a difficult case. However, they were aggressive and while I was in the chair. They didn't listen when I told them I was in pain. It was a terrifying experience. I know others have had a good experience here, but I think this team lacks compassion and communication skills. For anyone who is nervous at the dentist or simply doesn't want to be treated aggressively by someone holding a dental drill, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are other area dentists who are very gentle. **Edit: I see this office replied to my comment to say I'm not in their files as a patient. That's because I'm now married and have a different name. Also I don't even like to drive down your road now because it reminds me of visiting your office. I wish I had something nice to say but I just don't. If you're a dentist, you really should know better.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and we're very accommodating. They even offered me a blanket while I waited in my seat! I will definitely be recommending Dr. Nicki and her staff to my family and friends.

I never enjoyed going to the dentist before I came across this place. Dr. Niki and her staff are some of the nicest ladies and they make you feel so comfortable. Her work is amazing, and she is very good at what she does. I highly recommend Cle smiles!

I have been going to Cle Smiles for 18 years and even though I moved 35 miles from Lakewood I still come back. Dr. Niki is very outgoing and always has a kind word and a smile and makes you feel welcome. She is also a very technically competent dentist and I will continue to drive the 40 minutes for fantastic dental care.

I have had a major fear of the dentist to the point where I had damaged a lot of my teeth because I just straight up refuse to go from anxiety and fear. I called dr. Niki as a new patient for a cracked tooth and they saw me the next day. I shared with them my extremeeee dental anxiety and dr. Niki and her staff were exceptional. We came up with a treatment plan to get my teeth back to par after my neglect. I am finally excited to go to the dentist and most importantly keep up with my cleanings. Thank you dr. Niki and staff, you seriously changed my life these past couple of weeks. I wish I met all of you sooner.

I came in today for a crown that I needed, that I was putting off for awhile because I hate the dentist. The procedure was painless and I got my crown in about an hour and a half. It was easier than I thought and Dr. Cochran got me so numb, I didn't feel a thing! Glad it is over!
