Dr. Dan Whitemarsh was born and raised in Puyallup Washington. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from BYU, he moved to Cleveland, Ohio where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Case Western Reserve University. He then continued his post-graduate studies by completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
In 2011, after spending 3 years gaining experience in varying clinics in Washington, Dr. Whitemarsh found Cle Elum Dental Clinic. Just one afternoon spent in this beautiful area together with his wife, Andrea, and they knew that this was going to be home for them and their four daughters.
Though Dr. Whitemarsh is quite serious about providing top-notch dental care for his patients, he keeps things light around the office. His humor and commitment to patient comfort make everyone feel at ease. You can sometimes hear him in the office happily singing or whistling a tune when he isnt busy keeping up to date with continuing education.
You will probably see Dr. Whitemarsh around town outside of work. Raising four daughters places him at the local schools quite a bit, and he enjoys being there to support the music program and cheer on the sports teams. During his free time, he takes in all the natural gifts our area provides. He and his family love to hike, camp, and ski together.

Had a temporary filling pop out where I was supposed to get a crown. Was able to get into the Cle Elum dental clinic within a day or two of my filling popping out. They were super courteous and professional and after a quick consult and two x-rays they were able to have my core build up done in about 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and very professional. I have had to be in and out of the dentist chair throughout my life substantially more so than the average individual and I can say that this dentist office is definitely the best one I've been to hands down! Highly recommend if you need any dental work done

While living in Seattle, we saw the same downtown dentist for about 20 years. His kids attended the high school where I taught so it felt like family to go to his office. We've now been patients of Dr. Whitmarsh and his staff for a number of years, and we immediately experienced that same level of warmth and professionalism we had enjoyed before.

I'm from out of town recently had my wisdom teeth removed needed one of the syringes to clean out the holes and they were very nice and gave me one may not seam like a lot but when your in pain and it's all you need they become your favorite people

Luz did a dental cleaning for me recently. Often I feel beat up after a cleaning. Luz was gentle and quick. No sore jaw or sensitive gums. Excellent!
