I'm very disappointed with the way my dentures fit. When I requested them to be redone, I was told I need implants. I am getting implants but not through your office. I thought you were professional. All I see is your greed Scott! I'll pay someone else thatcares about their patients.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in regards to billing and customer service. They failed to inform us that a procedure wasn't covered by our insurance and sent the bill straight to collections with no bill and no phone call.

Modern Facility with state of the art equipment and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Scott LaClair is pleasant and takes his time to explain exactly what you will experience. Friendly well trained staff. Appointments are comfortable and on time. I Highly recommend Clayton Dental Offices for all your dental needs.

I can count on a thorough review and explanation of procedures whether it's Dr. LaClair or his assistants. It gives me the confidence when deciding which option to pursue. In times of urgent need, they have always found a way to insert me into their schedule. A pleasant and professional Dentistry to take care of your needs. Same last name but no relation lest one think this review biased.

Amazing experience! Prior to here I was terrified of ever going back to dentist because of a bad experience a couple years ago. Emily took her time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable! Will never go anywhere but here and switching my husband over as well!

I was referred to Dr.LaClair for veneers years ago as my dentist does not perform these services. While I was in my appointment, Dr. LaClair told me how he saw a small cavity and could fix it for me during the same procedure if I'd like. I was confused as I have never had a cavity and told him I would wait until I see my usual dentist. Long story short, I did NOT have a cavity. It has been about 7 years since I had my veneers and I still do NOT have a cavity. DO NOT TRUST Dr. LaClair - he either is not qualified to identify a cavity or he is trying to make extra money by performing unnecessary services on people. As a customer I feel that Dr. LaClair was taking advantage of my young age and trust in medical personnel. I had also gone to him for Invisalign as I thought I would give it one more shot and he offered the services. Dr. LaClair and his assistant at the time both were rude and told me I was a "non-compliant" patient multiple times. Overall the experience was terrible and not worth the money. I never received a retainer - only the "last tray" to use as a retainer. (I know many people who have done Invisalign and receive a retainer at the end). When I asked for a retainer, which the assistant stated would be a "slight cost", they charged me $500. The cost of the Invisalign was $5000 which I had already paid. When I said I did not want to pay $500 for retainers they said "okay we will throw them away". - Poor business practices and poor customer service. Dr. Chelsea and the other staff are great though! Go to her and stay far away from Dr. LaClair.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dentist gave me a thorough summary of my mouth and teeth health, and he recommended against a procedure which I greatly appreciated!! Wonderful facility and people!!

I found Dr. LaClaire from a neighbor's recommendation. I had an awesome teeth cleaning from Aubrey and a check up through the dentist. Nickie got me in after a cancellation. It was one of the best cleanings I've ever had. The office is beautiful. Clean and welcoming. They were on time and overall did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Clayton Dental.

Can't possibly thank Scott and his well put together team enough, they step by step explained my tooth extraction and handled it with extreme care and professionalism. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Great service. Dr. Chelsea was very nice' sp9ke kindly to my daughter. The rooms felt comfortable and playful for my child. The staff were very helpful. They gave pretzels and water to us' and a toy for my child. I'd recommend Dr. Chelsea to everyone nearby. I have no complaints.
