Friendly. X-ray equipment not as high tech as I am used to. Efficient and knowledgeable. May get a second opinion on recommended procedures.

Very friendly staff and there is hardly ever a wait time! I've been coming here for almost 3 years and had pleasant experiences ranging from cleanings, check-ups, wisdom teeth extraction, and monthly visits for Invisalign trays. Rachel, Jen, and Dr. Haidari are helpful and patient in answering the many questions/concerns I have regarding my dental health and insurance :)

I've been going to see Clayton Dental since 2019 and they are always fair and reasonable. They care about their patients and the Dr always has time to explain things. My wife and our son also got to Clayton Dental. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been going to Clayton Dental for years because they are great. Dr. Haidari is excellent and I really trust him implicitly. I like that he take the time to fully explain procedures and give me options. The office manager tries to get procedures covered by insurance and if something is not urgent dental work they advise me to do it in the new coverage year. I feel part of the family here and look forward to my appointments!! Truly painless in my experience. Reason I wanted to compliment the doctor is that he had made custom night-guard for me that is comfortable and unlike my last one made by another dentist I can actually sleep without it it bugging me. This is a premier business. I highly recommend them. :)

Clayton Dental is the best family run practice i have ever experienced. They restored my trust and faith in the dentistry profession. I have always hated going to the dentist and felt I was getting ripped off. I always hated the pain and discomfort associated with going to the dentist, it gave me major anxiety. Doc, made me feel comfortable he listened to my concerns addressed them and gave me the best options. He worked with me to help plan for major reconstruction work, budget wise and time frame. I had horrible, ugly and unhealthy teeth. NOW I have a beautiful smile it has transformed my life. My daughter's told me that I look happier now. I asked them why and they said I always looked grumpy and mean before I got my implants. Now they have the feeling like I am easier to talk to and not so intimidating. In there words, I am a happy big guy not an angry big guy. All because of a great smile! Doc has a great sense of humor I loved his stories and hearing about his family. He always made me feel like part of the family that he truly cared about and wanted the best for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone they are amazing!!!

Not for emergency services My review and experience at this practice have only been for their emergency service for a root canal. I have no experience with the general dentistry of this practice. I hope they're better at filling cavities, cleaning teeth, and putting on crowns. I also do not like to leave unfavorable reviews, but this experience was unique. I came in here in October 2021 for an emergency root canal as this was the only place that had an opening. Unfortunately, my general dentist is closed on Fridays. I came in at 4 pm, I had an X-ray done, and it was determined that I had an infection. I was told that the only way the dentist would proceed with the root canal, was if I, as the patient, committed to a $395 CT scan (which according to my dentist and Endodontist is not necessary but simply a preference of a dentist). I was told the insurance does not cover this scan, I found out later that my insurance had covered part of it. The procedure took over 2 hours, no dental assistant present, and I was told that the infection would need to "drain out", (never heard a dentist use this term) and that I would need to return. To make a long story kind of short, the root canal took 3 appointments. I think, perhaps, it was a complicated root canal? I am a full-time working mom and found it challenging to continue to come in these MANY times. In addition, on a few occasions, I sat for about 30-45 minutes in the waiting area just waiting to be seen. Unfortunately, even after the 3 treatments, I continued to experience discomfort and it was deemed that the root canal was not successful after all, and I had to return an additional 2 times for X-rays and to get antibiotic prescriptions. I had visited this practice a whopping 5 times between 10/21-01/22. It also appears looking at my summary of account that this practice charged my insurance every time I came in here. On my last appointment there, I was told we would need to RE-DO the entire root canal and TO ALLOCATE 3 HOURS for this procedure. I thought to myself, who has 3 hours to allocate, and because I know the practice will respond to this review, they did offer it at a "no-cost" re-do. But what is the opportunity cost of "no-cost"? paying for daycare, sick time from work, this is after spending countless hours here? And this still does not guarantee a successful root canal treatment. I decided to seek guidance and a second opinion from my own dentist who gave me a referral to an Endodontist. At my own expense, I made an appointment to see the specialist. The appointment revealed an existing infection on the root of the same tooth. I had to have re-treatment which took about 45 minutes. I had contacted Clayton Dental Group to let them know and request a refund for my copay which would be around $400 (not to mention the other thousands they collected from my insurance now gone and previous policy depleted to a 0). I just wanted a refund for my copay. NO response. After 2 weeks of silence, I had contacted this practice and was told NO refund would be provided as a redo was offered. And because I came in after-hours on a Friday (it was 4 pm and they had agreed to take me). No refund would be offered. Now, I understand that root canals are not always successful and that dentists are not magicians, but why does it take 5 times to determine an unsuccessful root canal? Or not respond to a refund inquiry? Where is the business integrity or commitment to excellent service in all of this? Where is the moral compass? The refund request was my copay was relatively a small amount, especially for a business. I would think the dentist would no longer want the liability of having to redo the whole thing, turn other patients away and leave a patient who would have normally never have left a not a positive review. The fact that a business would not want to refund the money for an unsuccessful service, tells you everything you need to know about them. Again, do your research, when in pain don't jump to conclusions.

I have never write a review before but I feel the need to speak up this time. I was deny service at this place early this week. I came in asked to schedule appointment for me and my daughters, the lady at the front desk just looked at me and said we don't take your insurance. I told her one of my daughters who is under my insurance was seen here, mouth guard was ordered that a paid for out of pocket. Without any effort to check, she said "we do not accept your insurance, sorry " and turned away until I left. I couldn't believe it. I felt ashamed and honestly felt down all day. I believe I was treated this way because of what I look like and how I sound. Lady - you should know that am a medical professional myself, I work hard to provide the best care for my family and I have a GREAT insurance.

I consider that it is very unprofessional I waited an hour and a half for my appointment when the dentist attended me he check teeth very fast saw his watch and did not answer my questions I really consider that it is not an adequate behavior for a patient because my time is valuable and I was going to pay for that service
