Wouldn't recommend, waited about 20 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. The cleaning took less than 10 minutes

Just reached out for general questions and whoever answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I've been here before and they didn't have a receptionist but the dental assistant was so nice. I don't know who you guys may have hired but please go through some training because that's just a turn off and it makes me want to tell everyone not to come here.

I was scheduled for my appointment at 9:30 I wasn't seeing until 11. They tend to schedule back to back not giving the dr enough time to finish with patient prior to coming to you. Front desk lady is horrible and does not know how to communicate with people

I cannot wait for my nxt appointment! I had gone else where cause I needed a specialist for a gum problem.... Omg! It was horrific! Now This Rock in Dentist gets to help me n my Smile!

This is a warning to all that might be considering going to this dentistry. Don't go!!! Run as fun as you can from there. My experience there was so bad I had to file a complaint. Receptionist is very rude and the dentist doesn't seem to know what the hell he is doing. My story is too long to go into details but DO NOT go there for any kind of work. You will regret it. I gave a one star but if I could have gone lower I would have.

The receptionist here is VERY rude ! She does not know how to talk to people. She talks down to you as if you are incompetent. She needs to be replaced , and maybe then I can add another star.

I adore this practice. After relocating to Delaware for work, I needed a new dentist and couldn't have been happier to find Dr. Nguyen! Dr. Nguyen has given me multiple fillings, replaced a crown of mine, removed three of my wisdom teeth and given me regular cleanings over the past three years. He is so personable and gentle! Dr. Nguyen works quickly and carefully, and informs you of everything he is doing. I have not had any pain here and can't believe there are any negative reviews! The receptionist (should know her name) is so friendly and even went above and beyond to call my insurance company for me. His assistant is great as well. Both she and Dr. Nguyen remembered details about me and my job even when I haven't been in for six months. The atmosphere is very homey and down to earth. I've never waited long to be seen. 10/10!

I have had tooth pain from years of dental work that I thought was just normal. I moved to the area recently and needed an annual checkup. After 2 short appointments years of dental work gone wrong was corrected and no more pain. Dr Nguyen is awesome. My wife agrees.

Do not take your children here!!! Not kid friendly...more for adults who want to be tortured Rude receptionist!!!!! She is miserable has control issues And the assistant doesnt always use gloves and has an attitude always rolling her eyes. These people are miserable dont let them take their frustration on you. I am so sorry I brought my son here

After living in this area for 25 years and trying various dentists, I am very happy to find this practice. The dentist is excellent and will see you promptly if you are in pain. He is flexible for folks without insurance. My whole family has gone here now for 2 years and we couldn't be happier.

First of all I am afraid of the dentist so this experience did not help the issue. I am still in extreme pain and it's been a week since I have been there. Although the staff is extremely friendly it seems as though they don't know what they are doing or lack experience.

I have been taking my children to Claymont Dentistry for years. It's easy to get an appointment scheduled. My children feel comfortable going. Great location great service.
