Dr. Clay graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2003. He then moved to Fort Dodge where Dr. Clay bought a practice and has served the community ever since. He has three children and is proud to call Fort Dodge his home.
Dr. Clay is a long time member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and is former president of the Fort Dodge Regional Dental District.Community involvement is important to Dr. Clay as he believes in the philosophy of you get out what you put in. He has volunteered numerous years for the Give Kids a Smile program that provides underprivileged children with free dental care. He is also a volunteer at Iowa Central Community College as an overseeing Dentist in their Dental Hygiene Program.
Dr. Tyler Wallingford is an Atlantic, Iowa native where his family still resides. Since graduating in 2017 from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry, Dr. Wallingford has been practicing for the last year at the Family Dental Center located in Atlantic. His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Athletic Training from Central College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and a Master of Science - Clinical Anatomy where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Community engagement and volunteer activities have been an important part of Dr. Wallingfords dental experience. Volunteering for the Red Bird Mission, Care and Share House, Phillips Cupboard, Habitat for Humanity, Project Sealed, Summer Pre-dental Academy, Iowa Mission of Mercy (IMOM) and Kids Against Hunger are just a few of the projects he has assisted on organizing along with actively working.
I enjoy working out, running, reading and being outdoors when the weather is nice. Ive run several half marathons as well as 10ks and 5ks and competed in two body building competitions earning pro cards in both.
I was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa and graduated from the Dental Assistant Program at Iowa Central Community College in 1984. I have practiced as a Dental Assistant for over 35 years and 15 of those have been at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC. My hobbies include family, making glass flowers, gardening, and spending time with my dog, Duke.
I just recently moved to Fort Dodge with my boyfriend after growing up in Okoboji. That is where I attended the Dental Assisting training at Western Iowa Tech. Today I am a Dental Assistant at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC.
I graduated from Iowa State Univitersity and just moved back to Fort Dodge. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my boyfriend, Banx (my golden retriever puppy), friends, and family. I also love spending time outside and working out.
I live in Fort Dodge with my boyfriend, James, and our little boy Urban. We have two bulldogs, tank and tizzy, and a doberman named dutch. I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with friends and family at the lake.
I originally grew up in the Humboldt area and after graduating from dental hygiene school at DMACC, my husband and I decided to move to Fort Dodge. We have one furry child named Ruby Blu, who is a constant ball of energy but so very sweet!
I grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 2007. I completed Dental Hygiene School from Iowa Central Community College and married my long-time boyfriend, Austin, in 2011. Our family includes children Andrew and Lilly and our furry family member, Layla. We live in Badger, Iowa and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
After graduating from Fort Dodge Senior High School, I completed the Dental Hygiene program at Iowa Central Community College. Working with the patients at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC is so rewarding.

This dental office is the BEST! Having moved recently to Fort Dodge, I hoped to continue my excellent dental health and Clay & Associates went above and beyond my expectations to make that happen! My new hygienist, McKENNA, is VERY thorough, kind, patient and personable -- as are the staff at the front desk: MARY answered my insurance questions, STACY helped me complete check-in forms and ANGE even gave me some leads to pursue in Fort Dodge regarding my personal interests! And I'm in good hands with Dr. WALLINGFORD, who gave my teeth a first-visit exam! IN ADDITION: I've got to comment on the relaxing massage chair I sat in during the cleaning plus the overhead TV to watch during it! This office combines GREAT patient service with the latest in technology to make a visit comfortable and special! So I highly recommend this office for YOUR dental care and needs! -- Ian

First time I walked in and was taken care of so quickly and efficiently. Second visit was excellent in service as Sydney and Dr Clay took care of cleaning and examining me for my next appointment. Very professional and caring. Fillings time so not so much fun but the job is done. Glad it's over but done well.

Always a pleasure to visit, never wait long and they have never failed to fill a cavity . Doctor Clay is quick efficient and polite would recommend. I am adding an update today Halloween 2022, I came in for two small cavities and I was in and out in under thirty minutes! Talk about a speedy professional, I would wish him all the Halloween candy this year but you know Dentist and all lol. Have a wonderful day Dr. Clay and awesome staff!

Had all my teeth removed today. Great chairside manner. Very careful to make sure there is little or no pain. Denture program isn't immediate but that helps for a better fit.

My first appointment was good but the gum recession test I wasn't a fan of. I requested through email that I didn't want a gum recession check during my next visit along with X-rays. They pretty much wouldn't work with me with my requests. The check it super painful and the X-ray is a personal choice not to receive all that radiation (not necessary in my opinion). With that being stated any doctor that refuses to work with their patients honestly doesn't care about anything but snagging up your insurance money. Definitely don't go here if you're looking for a doctor that will work for you and not your insurance company!

Wonderful staff. Super nice and friendly. Got me in really quickly despite it being last minute. Was even able to get the bad tooth out the next day. Love this place and definitely will be coming back!
