I had not been to the dentist in a while. However everyone in this office made my visit(s) very easy and put my mind at ease. Dr. Markel has a wonderful bedside manner. Every staff member is very friendly and welcoming! Also they do a good job keeping the scheduled times, on schedule. I highly recommend this dentist office to adults as well as children.

Cleaning done by Carmen today thorough as before. Dr. Suzanne in to assess as well. She is very knowledgeable thorough and explains everything. Caring calming personality. As a critical care nurse now and during Covid last year, everything on point clean office, masks always on, aseptic(with cleanings) and sterile technique observed with fillings. Brenda

OMG this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and I THANK GOD for BLESSING me with the experience of meeting THE CLASSIC SMILES FAMILY AND STAFF because not only were they the sweetest but they made sure I was pleased and satisfied with what I needed and wanted and to top it all off I asked if they could have my dentures ready for me by my birthday Sept 30 because I wanted to have a smile on my 48th birthday and OMG they made it happen for me by the grace of God THANK YOU CLASSIC SMILES and I look forward to getting my implants done by you guys I Love Y'all .

I've never been to a dentist that charges you a $60 fee if you can't make your appointment or if you don't cancel your appointment within 48 hours REGARDLESS of what occurs in your daily life! But I get it. Black ppl are always trying to get over just to make a quick buck. If you have a busy life and hectic schedule DO NOT visit this office. i had to reschedule a cleaning appointment for the next day and the guy who answered the phone had the audacity to ask me WHY WAS I CANCELLING and rescheduling ? I never knew you had to give them a reason or any a reason why you can't make an appointment. The dentist Suzanne is really snobby and quick. She doesn't seem as if she's really interested in her patients. Just ready to make money off of them. I didn't have an encounter with her son the other dentist that works in the office but I for sure will NEVER BE BACK TO CLASSIC SMILES!

This is my Dentist office and wouldn't think of changing it. Professional staff and Ms Carmen cleans your teeth like no other and you better take care of them in between visits because she can tell if you don't. I love it here and you will too.

The staff are always welcoming, courteous, and professional. Love the ambiance and music played throughout the office. From day 1, I haven't had any problems. I thought when my insurance changed that it would be hard to find another dentist office I liked, but they meet the need. I only wish they were closer to my home.

Almost a year in at Classic Smiles and my mother could not have referred a better family dentist for me! From the front desk staff Justin and Giselle they are so welcoming and friendly and personable. Dr. Mikal is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process for understanding prior and answer any questions or concerns you may have. One thing they are honest. I've been to dentist before and never went back. But here I don't feel like do unnecessary work that doesn't need to be done. Carmen the hygienist is amazing. She really knows her stuff. She has a good way of telling you how serious things can or cannot be if you do not maintain flossing and brushing. The whole team at Classic Smiles is great! I can't remember all of the names of the staff but, even the office manager introduced herself when she saw an unfamiliar face and I thought that was really sweet of her. And just a little side note they will work with you on different payment options to help meet your needs while getting you back on track. So I say Hands down if you want a great family dentist I highly recommend Classic Smiles! Thank you Team !!!

The absolutely best dental professionals in all of Florida. The customer/patient services are awesome. Two of the best band highly skilled Dentists in the country. I am blessed to have my SMILE taken care of by Classic Smiles.

Everyone is so friendly and calls me by name, but I've been going to them for over 10 years. They do an excellent job. They take care of my daughters teeth and my husband teeth. We love Classic Smiles and everyone there.

Excellent dental care with amazing dentists! I had multiple extractions that was done, and had very little swelling the next day. When the dentist did the extractions I did not feel anything when it comes to pain. I got an excellent dental plan for replacing the teeth that was extracted. This is one of the greatest dentists I have been to in a long time that made things easy and pain free. Fantastic job

Very professional and caring. Wonderful experience while visiting Florida and need emergency services I was able to be seen. I was given a tour of the facility which made me feel like I was in good hands and at then end of procedure i actually was. Great results and was very Impressed with everything.
