We are proud that every staff member has had extensive dental training from our front desk personnel to our clinical staff. Our training includes: dental hygiene and dental assisting school, radiology, local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation, expanded restorative functions, CPR and medical emergency training, and dental insurance coding and billing.

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget and also gives your child the best possible care.

During your first visit, you will be introduced to our Pediatric Dental Team, given an office tour and and given an opportunity to discuss your child's unique smile and ways to keep it beautiful for years to come.

Depending on the age of your child, he or she will either be given a knee-to-knee examination (where your babys head will rest on our doctors knee while their body is on your lap) or a regular exam in the doctors chair.

Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help your child care for their own teeth. In most cases, we will also clean their teeth on this visit, and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.

A Pediatric Dentist is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of children and the monitoring of their facial growth and development. Our office is designed for treating children from infancy through adolescence, as well as the medically and the physically compromised. In our opinion, taking your child to see a pediatric dental specialist is as important as taking them to see a pediatrician.

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry encourages parents and other care providers to help every child establish a dental home by 12 months of age. Establishing a dental home provides some key components to dental care for your child including...

This includes proper brushing, flossing and eating habits, ideal fluoride levels and the use of pit and fissure sealants. We strive to provide a fun, educational environment whose children learn about the importance of good dental hygiene.

This includes childrens fillings, crowns and prosthesis, including treatment of the often devastating nursing bottle decay. We are committed to discussing all options before these procedures and answering all questions you may have. Always working for the goal of a healthy smile is our first priority.

While our goal is to prevent dental emergencies, we understand that the need for urgent dental care is sometimes necessary and can be a stressful experience for both parents and children. We strive to handle dental emergencies promptly and with compassion.

Dr. Beauchamp was raised in Oak Ridge Tennessee. She practiced dental hygiene for seven years then returned to school. She earned her D.D.S. degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She then completed a two year pediatric residency. In 1993 she came to Clarksville to work with Dr. Price Hopson until he retired then she established Clarksville Pediatric Dentistry, PC in 1999.

She is an advocate for childrens dental health. She is board certified in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry. She has served on several advisory panels for the state of TN regarding dental care of children and special needs, including the TennCare Medical Care Advisory Committee.

She is very involved in local, state and national dental societies. Dr. Beauchamp is currently the Secretary/Treasurer for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and has also served in other capacities. She has served on the American Dental Association Council of Government Affairs and on the Council of Access, Prevention and Interprofessional Relations. She was a representative on an Advisory Committee of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations for the ADA as well. She is active with the Tennessee Dental Association, currently serving as the Secretary and on the Government Affairs Committee. She is past president for the Tennessee Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

I honestly can not say enough good things about the staff here. From the moment you call all the way to the doctor, the staff is great. My daughter has been seen multiple times. The most recent being for an extraction of a broken tooth (our second, first was at a different practice). They made the process so smooth that our daughter didn't realize her tooth was out. They informed her of everything they were doing but in a way that a child would understand. Extremely patient and treat their patients like they are their own children.

I've never had a problem with them but this time (for the first time) my son had a couple cavities and they said if we'd stick around they could go ahead and take care of them. I was told insurance covered everything 100% and even signed a piece a paper stating that. But when his procedure was over I was informed that they made a mistake and that it's was going to cost me over $300.

My daughter woke up with a swollen face. I took her to the ER where they referred me to Clarksville Pediactric Dentistry. They had an available appointment for her the very same day. This was a very pleasant experience for both myself and my daughter. Of course no one wants a tooth ache ,but this dental office, and it's staff made the day so pleasant, and you can definitely tell they love what they do.

I called and left a message for someone to give me a call back but I have yet to get phone call back. Since then, I have received two requests for reviews. How can I give a review when no one with take the time to give a call back and answer some questions.

We love coming here with both of our girls! They always enjoy the fact that they just get to lay there and enjoy a movie. After failing with other dentists in the past we have finally found one who works around our nerves and anxieties and always makes for a great visit.
