Dr. Chris is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry from the state of Michigan, born and raised in Metro Detroit. He has years of experience and education which allows him to provide the specialized pediatric dental care your child deserves. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University (Go Green!) and his dental degree at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). He furthered his education with a general dentistry residency through Northwestern University. Lastly, he finished his training as a pediatric specialist with Indiana University, at a top notch childrens hospital. His wife, Michelle, was also raised in metro Detroit and they are thrilled with the opportunity to raise their young children, Claire, Tommy and Christopher, in the Clarkston community.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Kara provides exceptional pediatric patient care through a commitment to lifelong learning. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and her dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She then returned to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry to complete her pediatric dental residency. Dr. Karas husband, Dr. Sanjot Lehal, is a local oral maxillofacial surgeon and they are so excited to watch their children, Camille and Jack, grow up in Clarkston.

Wonderful pediatric Dentistry! They make my son so comfortable. They explain everything while they do it which is so comforting to my toddler. We love them!

Our hygienist Jody was wonderful when we my son first became a patient at this office. Three years later, we are still with Dr Chris. Jody has left, Dee is a God send!!! She is so wonderful with my son. My son was deathly afraid of the dentist, but not anymore!!! I tell you the truth when I say this is the BEST he's EVER been. Dr Chris is GREAT!! The office staff are warm and friendly! I can't say enough nice things, I HIGHLY recommend this pediatric dentist office!!!

Great experience each time! The office was even sweet enough to cut out a picture of my daughter from the newspaper that we missed-- what kind of service is this?!?! :-) Ms. Ortiz is the absolute best.. my kids adore her. She has my kids cracking up the entire time and loving the idea of coming to the de fist. Hang on to Ms. Ortiz- because we may have to follow her if she we're to ever leaves :-)

My daughter absolutely loves coming here. The staff is great and she had 3 teeth pulled and looks forward to future appts its great to see my kids not affraid to go to dentist. I highly recommend this dentist!

We love Dr. Walsh, Dee, Felicia and the rest of the staff. They are amazing! Dr. Walsh did an extensive oral surgery on m son, and all the after care and continued checkups have been great. Highly recommend them!

The hygienist was absolutely terrific today. Our daughter is very sensitive to many things in her life and our dental exam today was a little rough at first but with the amazing staff and the hygienist's patience, our daughter was beaming when we left. She said, " this is the best day ever! " Happy Mommy

I wouldn't choose anyone else to handle my daughter. She had to have oral surgery, about 10 teeth worked on, extractions, spacers etc. Dr. Lehal did an absolute amazing job with her teeth, she was very informative about everything that was going to be done, what could happen etc. They all treated her as if she was their own. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you so much for helping us and getting my daughter the help she needed in a very timely manner!

My son is 3.5 years old and is not that excited about getting his teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist was so great at easing him and making his experience fun.

My son had his first visit today! Barely any wait time. He was a little reluctant on getting in the big chair but did once our great hygienist Susie started to show him all of her tools she was so great and gentle with him and by the end of it he was kicked back in the chair and very happy. So happy with our experience and so is my son!

Today was my son's first visit and it went great. He just turned two so they did a knee to knee exam, rather than putting him in the big chair. They always do a great job and my kids love the toys and stickers!

Doctor Walsh and his team are incredible with children (patient and gentle) and very thorough. In fact, my kids were asking when their next dental appointment was because they love the cleaning, being able to wear sunglasses and of course the prizes at the end of the visit. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
