I had an appointment today at Clark General Dentistry Center for a cleaning I sat in the waiting room then the lady called me and said I had a balance of $626.00 that my insurance had exhausted. I was like why wasn't I informed before now. She said I wouldn't be able to see the doctor I was like why wasn't my appointment cancelled and someone from the office called me and say I had a balance. I took off work to come in. I went on and paid a $140 but I was very upset that they handle business like that. This is so unprofessional and to treat your patience like this. I could tell that the lady could care less what I was saying. No empathy nothing she was like no you can't see the doctor and you can set up a payment plan. I was still trying to figure out Why did you all let the balance get so high before you informed me. Someone in the back said they would go ahead and do the cleaning. I have anxiety and I felt my throat closing up and I started coughing and tears forming I had to get out of there so I told her I couldn't stay. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED this Office. I was treated Horribly I will pay the balance but I won't go back. Awful

5 stars for the Dr. Clark and his employees and services. I have an issue but i dont think its their fault with having to wait on my smile due to it not being made right. It been a yr and 4 months

The worst experience I have ever had this truly traumatized me I have had plenty of teeth pulled and never suffered the way I did with HIM I woke up in severe pain a enflamed ear sore throat the way he change tools and pulled and drilled stuck me about 7 times with the needle before it finally went numb simply horrible KEEP YOUR SELF AND LOVED ONES AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT the staff is nice THE DENTIST WILL MESS SOMETHING UP BEWARE JUST AWFUL I'm now afraid of the dentist

The reception their at Clark General Dentistry was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile.especially the one that cleaned my teeth she was very easy going handing the processes of cleaning my teeth.after it was completely Dr.Clark example my teeth thoroughly to make sure my teeth was done properly and he did detected that i had one small cavity .yes I will recommends everyone to Clark General Dentistry because he gets the job done.Thank you Dr Clark and Staff.

Dr. Clark does excellent work. I followed my hygienist there when she left I stayed. I stopped because of the office staff scheduling,saying they didn't have my insurance information but did, so I wasn't able to get a schedule period cleaning ,I let that go and I rescheduled ( no one's perfect and sometimes things happen) I told the receptionist that I would be coming from work and she said there's a grace period. I took short cuts from work to get here by the grace period time. I sat in the parking lot and watched a young lady go from car to car. She finally came to my car and I told her my name and appointment time. She went inside and came back out and said I needed to reschedule. Someone else came out and said I would have to reschedule. I was there BEFORE the grace period was up. By the time the young lady got to me to ask my name it was AFTER the grace period. I asked for my.and my son's records and signed release papers.I called back and left a message for Dr. Clark SPECIFICALLY to give me a call I'm sure he did not get the message. I wanted him to know EXACTLY what happened. Anyway,that's the only reason I stopped. Good customer service keeps people coming.
