Dr. Finlinson grew up in Kaysville and graduated from Davis High and BYU. He received his DDS from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001, then worked with Dr. Wayne Felix for a few years and took over his practice in 2004. Dr. Finlinson continues to provide the best affordable dentistry available. Dr. Finlinson and his wife, Alecia, have been married since 1995 and have four children. They enjoy an active lifestyle taking full advantage of the beautiful area that we live in, including traveling, water and snow skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor recreation.
Beth is our knowledgeable front office everything. She has been on the dental scene for 23 years and has spent 20 of those years with our office. She is friendly and has been with us so long that she knows nearly all of our patients by name. She is helpful with scheduling and can answer almost any insurance question as she oversees the finances for the office. Beth and her husband have four children. They enjoy family time and playing games.
Jana is a dental hygienist working on Wednesdays in our office. She has practiced clinically for 13 years. Jana obtained her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene licenses in Utah, Virginia and Mississippi. Jana has worked in our private office in Layton as well as at the Weber Basin Job Corp with Dr. Finlinson for six years. Jana believes her strengths include providing excellent dental care and putting anxious patients at ease. Jana likes traveling and exploring the beautiful areas of Utah with her husband and her children.
Michele is a dental hygienist in the office on Thursdays. She graduated from Weber State University in 1993. She has been working at our office for almost 28 years. Excellent patient care and trust are important to Michele. She strives to stay up-to-date on current trends in dentistry, health, nutrition and wellness. The most rewarding part of her job is two-fold: First, the joy she feels when her patient takes the information she offers them and applies it. The outcome when this happens is magic! Second, the friendships she has built over the years at our office has created a second family for her. She loves her job and her patients! Michele has been married to the love of her life since 1988. She has three amazing adult children, their spouses and four grandsons.
Leslie is a dental assistant and helps in the front office. She has been in the dental field for about a decade. She is friendly and enjoys getting to know our patients. Leslie grew up in a very small town in Utah. Her hobbies include spending time with her kids and family, hunting, camping, getting tattoos and sunshine.
