Dr. Curtis Clark grew up in sunny Clearwater, Florida. After graduating high school he served as a full time missionary. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science. Returning to Florida, Curtis began his dental studies at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2001.
Dr. David Eldredge is originally from Utah but has been loving Corvallis. He is married to Katelin and they have three beautiful daughters. They both enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and generally being outside. Dr. Eldredge has taken up mountain biking since moving here and loves the local trails.
Dr. Eldredge graduated in the top 10% of his class in dental school. He served as the class president of his dental class as well as the Esthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry Club. He took electives in advanced surgery in school and has since taken courses to become proficient at removing wisdom teeth, doing root canals, and placing dental implants.

My dental work provided by Dr. Clark and my dental hygienist have been great. However, I was prescribed a thermosplint mouthguard by Dr. Eldredge, and it misaligned my bite. I think that device should have been prescribed w closer supervision from Dr. Eldredge; however, I was given the device and was not seen until my next cleaning. By then, my teeth had already started shifting significantly. I was asked why I didn't come in sooner to address it. I developed a noticeable overbite and was given a reference to an orthodontist. I gave it some time to see if my teeth would naturally shift back to the state before the mouthguard. It got a tiny bit better, but it was clear I needed braces to fix the issue. I'm seeing an orthodontist now and in braces.

Just moved to Corvallis and got in quickly with Dr. Eldredge. All the staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist are very friendly, polite and good at what they do. Dr. Eldredge is very attentive and gentle in his exam. He is equally gentle and very effective at minimizing discomfort to practically nothing when doing my crown. He and his assistant Wakeena worked very well together as a team. I am dental "hesitant", and my experience with this dental practice has left me feeling supported, relaxed and comfortable with being there.

I can seriously affirm Clark and Eldredge Cosmetic and Family Denistry to be the absolute greatest dental establishment I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! I'm a 45 year Corvallis resident, and have been a patient at several local dentists. I recently became a new patient at Clark & Eldredge. I was very impressed with Dr Clark as well as my hygienist, Lindsey. Both were thorough, gentle, and very professional. The office is very nice and efficiently run. I highly recommend Clark & Eldredge!

Wow, this office is amazing. Best dentist ever! Dr. Eldridge, all the front staff, and the hygienists were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a cleaning done on one visit and was very happy with it, my teeth look so shiny now! And then I had a crown put in on the next visit. The team scrubbed out the old cracked tooth, made a new tooth and glued it in all in a few hours! Super high tech. I love my new tooth! Highly recommended.

Dr. Eldredge and his team of Professionals are outstanding! During my dental emergency, my husband drove me to their office. I was scared and in shock because of a traumatic accident. EVERYBODY I encountered, from Amber and Amanda in the front office to Dr. Eldredge and his assistant Heather, were professional, comforting, and so incredibly amazing. My anxiety was quelled and I felt I was in good hands. During my follow up appointments Dr. Eldredge was patient, and explained the necessary dental procedures that would need to happen. Because of my experience, I have recommended my friends and family to see Dr. Eldredge. There are many dental professionals in the area. Dr. Eldredge is A+.

I had a cleaning and a filling done and it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Clark and his staff acted in a professional manner and made me very comfortable. Dr. Clark spent one on one time with me before the procedures and made sure to address any concerns or questions I had. The procedures went smooth and were pain free. Front staff and hygienists were professional and courteous. Overall great experience and I would recommend to a friend or family member.
