Dr. Therese Moussa, DDS received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Dr. Moussa is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Implant Association.

If you have Guardian Direct, read the fine print. Deep cleaning and other procedures are not covered until 6 months to a year with the plan. What's so disturbing is that I booked my appointment last month and the clerk told me she had to verify my insurance coverage before she could book the appointment. The dentist waited until I was in the chair and after the x-rays were taken to tell me that Guardian Direct did not cover deep cleaning until 6 months and extensive work until a year with the plan. She told me I should talk it out with Guardian to see if I can work something out with them. Isn't this something they could've told me when they verified my insurance the month prior? Then she told me that only regular cleanings were covered and that I would have to get a deep cleaning before I got a regular cleaning. I informed the clerk that my last dentist visit was in 2019 and that the reason for my visit was because I had a gum infection. So why did they wait a whole month and until I was in the middle of my appointment to inform me none of this was covered? What a dishonest way to run a practice. And I wonder how many other people they have done this to.

They say u have cavities all the time dangerous last time they told me they were going to remove my pre molars for braces they lied they baby teeth and if they actually removed the premolars it would be very bad for my teeth because it would have gaps and then the other teeth could have fallen off
