Dr. Lee is a board-certified implant dentist by the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI), which requires rigorous tests and case defenses. This board-certification symbolizes the highest level of competency in implant dentistry. There are only 7 board-certified dentists in Washington and 400 in U.S. as of 2016.
Dr. Kwan M. Lee is among of them. After attaining his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, Dr. Lee went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Southern California. Since then, Dr. Lee has completed a year of implant training and general oral surgery training at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lee has been practicing implant dentistry last 10 years and he has so much passion for restoring missing teeth and bringing back smiles that once lost. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, photography, and sports.
With Dr. Carl MischDr. Misch is one of the most influential persons for implant dentistry. He has written three editions of Contemporary Implant Dentistry(Elsevier), which has become the most popular and a cornerstone textbook for any implantologists.
ICOI Diplomate Award.ICOI Diplomate requires a minimum 5 years of clinical implant dentistry and (3) recommendations of ICOI Diplomate status holding peers, and a candidate has to go through written exam and oral defense.

I had not been to a dentist in several years. I suffered a broken tooth and since I had moved across the state I had no dentist in the area. They came highly recommended so I called them first thing in the morning on the day before a three day holiday weekend and they took me that day! It was a great experience with a very friendly staff and dentist. They took care of me in my time of need! I still hate going to the dentist but the outcome was the best that I could have ever hoped for.

You will not find a more thorough or more professional dentist. As his patient, I feel his primary objective is to give me the best care, which he does unfailingly. The staff are also professional, respectful, polite and friendly.

I am fortunate to find Lee M Kwan DDS, and our insurance would cover me. That means my particular dental insurance company trusts Dr. Dwan's care expertise . Having now gone to him for several years, but since moved an hour further away, I have continued to drive the distance to see him 2/ year like. I am in good, qualified hands. He answers any of my questions, and makes himself available. His staff is kind and caring as well. Susan

I have been going here for a while now and all I can say is this is thee most nicest, relaxing, and cleanest place. I always had the most fear of dental offices and this year I had my top teeth removed and it was not as bad as I expected, I was comfortable and the best thing is I don't remember anything which is always a plus. Dr Kwan is a wonderful Doctor and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you are a scaredy-cat like me of just going into the office go here!!!

In the era of covid-19, I thought that the Clinic did an excellent job at protecting their patients as well as the environment in which to do dental work. Starting with only one person at a time allowed for services, followed by a health screening and hand sanitizer. Thank you for your service!
