I told them ON THE PHONE when scheduling this appointment that I could not do X-rays because I was pregnant. They said okay. They had me come in (I paid for childcare for my son to come to this appointment) and then they told me they could not do any cleaning because I could not do X-rays. I wasted money and time to come to this appointment, only to be turned away. Very frustrating experience, not a well run office.

Best dental experience I've had in a looonnnggg time. Friendly and efficient staff. Beyond courteous and very helpful. Not only was my cleaning thorough, it was gentle. I had waited so long not out of general procrastination but to avoid to pain that can be associated with an impersonal "big box" dentist. I look forward to maintaining a proper teeth cleaning schedule! Thanks so much y'all!

Amazing experience -the staff always take time on the cleaning and examination of teeth and mouth. My family and I have being going here for several years now. Staff are very kind and considerate, always prompt with appointment times and a very clean environment I highly recommend this family dental practice.

I love Dr. Esparza! I recommend her to any and everyone looking for a good dentist! Everyone in the office is so sweet! Kristin is the most patient and caring dental hygienist I've met. I feel so safe in their care. It's been very nice to find a dentist that I can confidently say I will be seeing for the foreseeable future!

Dr. Esparza is a gem. You know you are in good hands when Dr. Esparza asks important questions about your diet and current physical condition. She is a dentist who treats the whole person. Also, you leave with all the info you were hungry to collect-- time allowed for treatment, parameters, and the cost range. You feel better for knowing Dr. Esparza.

I recommend confirming with Mrs. Esparza that all services being done are covered under your insurance. This office has bad business practices. It is standard for them to perform any services they recommend without letting the patient know what is and is not covered under their insurance plan. I've worked at a dental office and if something is not covered, the patient is informed prior to performing any services, so the patient is not blindsided with a bill later. This includes routine x-rays, comprehensive exams, etc. Any ethical office and business person would inform the patient of any services not covered under their insurance plan before completing them. Patients need to be informed at all times when a service is not covered prior to performing any services.

Our entire family goes to Dr. Esparza. It's one of the very few offices where both receptionists and dental staff are exceptional. This was my youngest's first visit to a dentist and she still talks about Dr. "Clarissa". They made it fun and interesting for her and she'll definitely be wanting to come back next time.

I've been going to Clarissa for 4 years! She is always very thorough and really cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything, and no long waits. Her office workers are very kind too!

I have been going to this dentist for probably over 2 yrs. I have alway been greeted very professionally and courteously. The staff is very caring and nice to deal with. Clarissa is a gem.

I really could not recommend Dr. Esparza enough! I was extremely pleased with my first visit. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, the office itself was very clean, and Dr. Esparza was friendly and efficient! Best of all, I was in and out in 30 minutes. If you are looking for a dentist, book an appointment with Dr. Esparza!

Absolutely 12/10!! Dr. Esparza is The best In town! She is amazing w. Both My children... even when My son is having a meltdown! She always seems to manage a smile before she steps out the door. Plus The staff is super sweet and very friendly!! Also even helped My Husband!!
