After Dr. Jaquez completed his Doctorate in Dentistry in 1985 at the University of Madre Y Maestra, in the Dominican Republic, he attended UCLA for his California certification training. Over the last 15 years, he has traveled throughout the world exploring and expanding his professional knowledge and experience. In addition, Dr. Jaquez received additional training and certifications in aesthetic integral dentistry, implants, and prosthesis over implants. He completed a TP International Orthodontic Program in Florida from 1999-2002, and received a GP Invisalign Certification from New York University, College of Dentistry in 2003. He then received a CEREC Advanced Certification from Scottsdale University of Arizona.
Dr. Jaquez has participated in numerous newspaper and magazine articles regarding patient education. Dr. Jaquez continues to stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry by attending 200 to 500 hours of post-graduate workshops and seminars annually to keep up with the high-paced and fast-growing demands of dentistry today.

Best dental experience I've had in my life. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Jacquez is amazing and I felt 0 pain during a root canal. Definitely recommend this dental office.

I've never had such a positive experience at the dentist before! They were all so kind and considerate when I was experiencing a lot of pain due to a gum infection that another dentist at a different office dismissed. Dr Jacquez is very empathetic and knowledgable and all of the staff were so kind and helpful.

I absolutely love this dentist office and the employees! I always feel treated with the upmost respect and care for my health and teeth. I recommend these guys for your dental work and service. Another plus is the location is is full of nice restaurants and shops.

Don't come here. Staff is rude especially the guy at the front desk. He acts like it's such a bother to help you. The professionalism of this place has gone down. I've been coming here for years but I will no longer be coming here. Save your money and time, go elsewhere.

This is a great dentist office and a wonderful, caring staff. I've been coming here for ten years now and I've brought over many of my family and friends. I had a miserable history with dentists, mostly in the Marines because Navy dentists are cruel, and I have very sensitive teeth. All of the dentists and hygienists cater to your individual needs. They work with all kinds of insurance too. I've changed carriers several times and they never have a problem with that. When I've had procedures done or adult orthodontia done, they are very creative and accommodating with the payments. From the "Care Credit" or from them helping spread my payment or insurance coverage from one year to the next, they help male them all affordable. They are also great with long term care and guidance and they are also great with handing out a few freebies to help you with home maintenance. I love this place and all those that work there. If you're looking for a dentist who cares, look no further, CSD is what you're looking for!

I was having extreme dental pain from needing a root canal and Claremont Smile Design was able to get me in the same day I called! They took my pain seriously and made it their priority to ease my discomfort and take care of the pain as quickly as possible. Everyone on staff is extremely kind and accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. On top of this, everyone was great at communicating and made sure I was able to make informed decisions about my dental care. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend!

What can I say but WOW!! Finally an entire team of medical professionals that truly care for their patients. As a single mom, I always have put my medical needs last. After way to long of a stint without dental insurance, I was finally able to get in and take care of so much needed dental work. My first encounter on the phone and in the office was with the lovely Arianna. She is beyond welcoming and makes you feel like you are just part of the Claremont Smile Design family. Then I was treated by the awesome Rachel and Dr. Jaquez. Talk about amazing bedside manor. They both are so gentle and caring that it takes away any fear you might have of having dental work done. What I loved the most was that this team does not force the most expensive treatment plan down your throat. They do what's best for the patients needs. Something that many other offices could learn from. This wonderful team of individuals have created a lifelong patient in me. I have already started recommending them to friends and family. Money hungry place tried to upsell me other services when I bought a teeth whitening service a long time ago. They would not do the service that I paid for until I paid for other work. They refused to refund me when I wouldn't pay
