Clara Nguyen DDS is a Cypress based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Clara Nguyen grew up in Orange County. She attended elementary, junior high, and high school in the Garden Grove Unified School District. For college, she attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where she received a bachelors in psychology and social behavior. She graduated from NYU School of Dentistry in 2006 and went on to receive advanced training in laser dentistry, Invisalign, and 6 Month Smiles.
In her own words on why she chose to become a dentist: My parents have always instilled in me that there are always people in need of help; and in combination- a smile is always the first thing I look at when I first meet someone. I remember as a kid, I would constantly clean my little brothers teeth and try to remove plaque with a toothpick all the time. I guess you could say that it was my natural calling to be a dentist.

Dr. Clara is a great dentist. She makes you comfortable and explain everything you need. I would recommend to everyone that needs a dentist. Her office staff is very friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Clara Nguyen's dental office (Coast Dental Group) for more than a year now and I have been satisfied at every visit. Not only does Dr. Nguyen pay attention to your needs but her dental work always exceeds expectations. She does what's necessary and never pushes treatments that are excessive. Her staff and her dental team are always professional and her dental hygienists always make your teeth whiter than you came in with, so I always go home smiling brighter. I am definitely satisfied with my many visits and I definitely recommend!

I've been going here for years, I love the customer service and the dentist is awesome. She does a great job informing you what she is doing making sure there's no pain and does a great job. Takes my insurance and fits me in when I have an emergency. The new location is so better than her last one.

First time here... loved everything and everybody! Clean and bright office, great atmosphere, good music playing! From the front office to the dentist and hygienist, I got the best care! So glad to have FINALLY found a dentist I can truly love returning to!

Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist in Southern California! We went through the trouble of switching our dental insurance just so we can see her. She's knowledgeable, meticulous, friendly, and very accommodating. She has our complete trust!

Dental technician was extremely rough and brutal when cleaning my teeth. The pain was so bad I was gripping the arm rest for dear life. Afterwards she then proceeded to try and up sell various products such as a sonic care tooth brush, reccomdation to go to trader Joe's for a special tooth paste, and other items. She also insulted me by saying wow I'm surprised your teeth are so good since I was expecting several problems. I may have to find a dentist elsewhere. My gums have not stopped bleeding profusely since.
