Dr. Sullivan specializes in dental implants. This includes single implant placement, immediate implants, and the All-On-4 Treatment Concept, a full-arch implant bridge for the edentulous patient. Dr. Sullivans oral surgery practice focuses on bone graft reconstruction, wisdom teeth removal, pediatric oral surgery, and head and neck oral pathology.
Dr. Sullivan also sponsors his senior surgical assistants to sit for the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE), which allows them to be certified by the Oregon Board of Dentistry as Anesthesia Dental Assistants.
After completing dental school he directly entered into a dual degree, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. It is there that he obtained both his medical degree from the School of Medicine and his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery degree.
During this training, he also received his 12 month General Surgery certificate, Neurosurgery training, and Anesthesiology training. Dr. Sullivan is a board-certified specialist and Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Sullivan and his team took really great care of me and eased my anxiety of the wisdom teeth removal procedure. The procedure was very quick and painless! I felt very comfortable during the procedure and afterwards. It was a lot better than I expected since I was nervous. Thank you!

The surgery went fine, but I think the aftercare was really poor. They checked up on me, but the people who called had seemingly no clinical experience and couldn't really help me with any of my concerns. Doctor's office closes on Friday at 2 PM which I think is not that helpful, and they don't have any weekend hours. They suggested I go to urgent care for any significant problems; I think a surgeon should take responsibility for patients after surgery.

Dr. Sullivan is hands down the BEST! The entire team here is amazing, sincere, gentle and always has the greatest intentions! Dr. Sullivan is extremely gentle, informative and his work is perfection! I'm speaking from experience as a patient who has had several procedures done here and I've never been left with questions or concerns, pain or anxiety. 5+ stars!!

Amazing staff that's friendly and knowledgeable. I have a front tooth that is cracked and needs to be replaced with an implant. Before coming to Dr. Sullivan's office, I was passed around to several other offices that weren't confident enough to deliver the results I am looking for. When meeting with Dr Sullivan, he provided a level of confidence and knowledge that I haven't received from other doctors. My consult was transparent and thorough and put my mind at ease, resulting in me choosing him for my surgery. Looking forward to the results!

Best dental experience! I had an extraction and was soooo nervous! But he was fast with it! Painless. Other than normal numbing pain but it was the fastest most painless dental procedure i have ever done!

I received my first implant today here, and cannot express how professional, thorough and caring this group is! Might seem expensive, but there are no shortcuts here! From the moment we walked in, we felt that we were in a great place. The entire staff were knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful and actually fun! My 12 year old daughter suffers severe anxiety around a dental office. Dr. Sullivan and his team were so incredible at keeping her calm and comfortable during her extractions.
