What an amazing friendly environment this place creates!!! The front desk staff was easy and welcoming to work with. Kim was kind, informative, and best of all gentle. Dave the Dentist was also so funny and kind. They're personable with alot of experience and professional background. This is my new permanent spot for getting my teeth checked out! (: p.s. They have a dog that is occassionally in the office named Ruby. They make going to the dentist exciting! Lol

Huge advocate for this place! It's starts at the front desk with Taylor who is always friendly and helpful. All the hygienists do a great job when they are working on your teeth and the dentists never seem like they are in a rush. Great facility and they always can get me in last minute.

The receptionist has me checked in before I got in the door the hygienist was very thorough very professional and they both really cared put a great human touch on the experience

If I could give more stars I would! I first was introduced to City View Dental in November 2021, When my mom was in town and had a horrible infection in her mouth. I went online to search emergency dentist and City View was the first and seemingly only option as their reviews were off the charts positive! The whole process from beginning to end (three days later) was welcoming, professional, and overall very caring. Since that day I knew I wanted to come back. I went in for my first cleaning today and when entering I was greeted by Taylor with a warm welcome. Not long after completing paperwork, DH, Kim, came out and took me back. She was warm, welcoming and took the time to get to know me, and as she was cleaning my teeth she remained engaging. Talked to me about what she was doing, importance of certain things, why we should floss this way and not another - it was great! When Kim was done, Dr. Schrad came over to look a few things over. He immediately asked how my mom was and was happy to see me back in their office. It's been almost 9 months! You don't find many businesses these days who put this much care into their patients, and this is what will keep people like myself coming back for future services! Thank you!

Excellent experience, staff is friendly and professional. No waiting, your appointment is on time. Kim, the dental hygienist is so great. Explains everything and gives helpful tips. Highly recommend!

It has been years since I have seen a dentist because of my dental anxiety.From my first initial appointment with Dr. Schrad and Megan were very helpful with guiding me to the steps of my treatment. Taylor was super helpful and going over my insurance benefits. Now that I have had everything finished I am more than pleased with my results, feel more comfortable with the dentist, and will not hesitate to go back. They made me feel like family.

Just had my 6 month appt and I love how they walk you through the process and make sure you're comfortable with every step! Very pleasant, clean and does a great job. I never thought I'd like going to the dentist haha

I do not have a regular dentist here because I'm a student and City View dental and their incredible staff were able to help me out with a fractured tooth. They were absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and accommodating. They send files through text to fill out prior to your appointment which makes everything smooth. I had the BEST dentist who was able to squeeze me in and did an absolutely beautiful job. Taylor, Megan and Dr Schrad were incredible and I owe them so much! Would recommend this place to anyone ! Thank you so much to the staff of CityView! You all are AMAZING
